Name: Lady Salazar, just call me Sal
Location: The USA. Meaning, I have American spelling, southern American grammar, and all those other loathsome habits we Americans cultivate, like laziness.
Reading (at the moment): Bleach, and the occasional Harry Potter, Naruto, and Hikaru no Go fic.
Writing (at the moment): Bleach. One serious fic, and one... stress relief fic that isn't. Joy. Oneshots will also make their appearance now and again.
Shipping: With some exceptions, my philosophy boils down to: "Write a pairing to fit the story, not a story to fit the pairing." I admit to being somewhat of a hypocrite, but for short stories it's less of an issue, as long as there's some plot outside of fluff.
Or crack. Because crack is awesome. Well, the written kind at least.

I write for the enjoyment 100 percent of the time, so I write what I like. 95 percent of the time, I write for a reason. I cover those reasons in this section - the ongoing fics and the most recent oneshot (because otherwise it would get too long).
Prompt: Mental leakage. In other words, whatever comes out when nothing else will.
Monstruo: HP/Bleach crossover fic with the theme arrancar!Harry. I started it ages ago and then ditched it, but it kept jumping out at me at random intervals and I decided to just finish the dang thing. Glad to have it done with.
Strawberry: Taboos for the win. Bleach genderswitch with fem!Ichigo, but not done for the purpose of pairing X and X. It's a cause/effect project of mine with a plotline outside of canon Bleach, rather than the common GS failing of the exact same as canon but with UBERHAWT pairing on the side. Nicknamed "The Infernal Project" for its habit of giving me a blasted headache.
A Different Type of Artificial: What was supposed to be stress relief. DToA is a divergence AU/what if, and there's a lot said that won't be explained for a while so I'll keep my mouth shut here. In addition, due to its nature as a stress relief/boredom buster, it'll probably be a random updater, too.

Current 3/20/08:
My last update may have been happy words, but the two months since have been remarkably non-progressive. I've hardly written anything at all. But today I randomly opened the Strawberry file and finished the first chapter of the SS arc in one fell swoop... if I mean to be literary about it. I've started the second, with reasonably decent progress, but I hesitate to say anything about finishing dates since I obvious can't trust myself.
On the bright side, to make up for my awful tardiness (not to mention prove that yeah, I am still alive and still intent on finishing the story), I'm probably going to post SS arc chapter one - Something in the Aftermath - today.
SS/C2 - The Path From Here to Tomorrow - first scene complete.
