Author has written 44 stories for Numb3rs, Stargate: SG-1, Without a Trace, NCIS, Leverage, Alice, 2009, CSI: Miami, Hawthorne, Horatio Hornblower, Battlestar Galactica: 2003, Chaos, Magnificent Seven, NCIS: Los Angeles, Queen of Swords, Law and Order: UK, Highlander, Doctor Who, Sentinel, Sherlock, Miami Medical, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Torchwood. Congrats if you read any of my fics! It means you can withstand my weirdness, and trust me, there's plenty of that. I'm an engineering graduate working part-time. Because of a past history of letting stories sit unfinished for months, I generally only post stories once I've finished them. I write both gen and ship fics. Most of my ship fics are cannon ships, but I do dabble with OC's. I do some AU work, but again, most are cannon. I also love crossovers, depicting character interactions in between fandoms. I love feedback! Let's face it, who doesn't? Everyone likes to hear that what they've written is good. Constructive criticism is essential to a writer. If you like something, tell me what it is you like. If you don't like it, don't just tell me it sucks, tell me why. Just telling me something's rubbish doesn't help. If you give me a reason, I may be able it fix it. This way, we both win. As long as there are cliffhangers at the end of the season, fans don't want the movie or book to end, or writers continue to kill off the best characters in the book/tv show/movie, fan fiction will survive. It continues to be just for the fans, a personal source for relaxation and enjoyment for both author and reader. It's a circular relationship: authors will write as long as fans will still read, and fans will read as long as the authors still write. So sit back, relax, find your favorite fandom, and enjoy the story! 1.13.2013 - Happy (belated) New Year! Hope everyone had a good holiday season. I come with semi-shocking news: new fic! Finished my Torchwood/Highlander cross that I've spent almost all the past year on. The prologue is up, and as soon as I hear from my beta, that rest will be following. Hopefully with this one out of the way, I'll be able to get some work done on some of the other monsters in my WIP file. 10.7.2012 - A campaign has begun to bring the boys of The Magnificent Seven back to TV in a reunion movie! The main hub of activity is based here. I know there are plenty of us out there to make this a reality, and I know we at least have Rick Worthy on our side, so spread the word. Let's do this, people! Let's ride! 8.31.2012 - I've started a secondary archive of my fics on LJ. They can be found at http://tigerpaw317.livejournal.com/ (apparently, there's already an "scgirl-317" on LJ, who knew?) I've only got a few stories up, so far, but I plan on eventually getting them all up. I promise, I'm still working on those new fics I've been promising for eons! Drama has been the theme of my life for the past few months, and writing has 6.4.2012 - I figured it was time to update ya'll on what's going on. First of all, the response to my latest two one-shots (one Sherlock post-Reichenbach piece and the third installment in my Ransom!verse) was wonderful! I can't tell you how happy I get when I receive reviews like that! You guys are awesome! Secondly, I have several stories I'm currently working on, but the going is kinda slow at the moment. My part-time job has just been turned into a full-time job, and on top of that, my laptop is literally falling apart, so I'm trying to avoid working on it as much as possible until I can get a new one, which will be soon, but still. So bear with me, please. Last, but not least, I'd like to thank everyone who continues to favorite Close Call and Twenty Pounds of Crazy. I continue to be blown away by how much people love those fics! When I wrote them, I never imagined they would be as popular as they are. You guys are truly amazing! Hopefully you'll be hearing from me in not too long. I really like what I'm working on, and I hope you will too! 3.2.2012 - I'm baaaack! And I come bearing a new fic! Ransom for a Time Lady is the fruit of my Doctor Who tangent and a hatred of how "Journey's End" left the Doctor all alone. It's one of my shorter multi-chaps, but there is a follow-up one(ish)-shot in the works, and I've left it wide open to return to in the future. We all know how hyper my muse is, so that may happen, or I may get side-tracked. In other news, I've almost finished that Highlander story that I started three years ago (I'm serious, it really was three years). That one should be getting published in the next few weeks.
