Author has written 27 stories for Good Omens, X-Men: The Movie, Harry Potter, and Firefly. I read more than I have time to, or rather I read more fiction (books = love) and fanfiction than I have time to. I will admire sandcastles in lots of sandpits - aka 'I will read practically any fanfic whose source material I recognize'. I'm as open-minded about reading as I am about everything else: I'll read anything that catches my attention, regardless of pairing, rating, genre etc. (Some of the fandoms I have read in include: Harry Potter, Firefly, X Men, CSI, Wire in the Blood, Bones, House, Twilight, Narnia, Lord of the Rings, Tortall, Sandman, and Discworld.) That said, I tend not to read femmeslash or stories where the writing fails to make me believe in the main premise and I do tend to read Harry Potter fanfiction more than fic from any other fandom. On the writing front I've played in a few sandboxes, currently Harry Potter, Firefly and X Men. I would love to be able to write Pratchett fanfiction, but I can never do it justice, so I don't. (I have written Good Omens fanfiction. Good Omens is not written by Pratchett alone and is not Discworld, therefore it Does Not Count.) I understand that the rights of these fandoms belong to their creators and that these are works of fanfiction - reading and writing about things that are illegally or morally wrong does not mean that I condone, approve of, promote, and so on, these things. To my delight I've had stories recommended at a few places, including The New Library, The Golden Seeker, Coffee and Chocolate, and The Reviews Lounge. And the lovely teen-girl has translated 'The List' into Portuguese here (although not being able to speak or read Portuguese I'll leave it up to you amazingly bi-lingual people to check that out). Also, I've taken part in a few exchanges, including Washathon and Weasley Fest, and I've taken part in a last drabble writer standing competetion for Fred Weasley/Hermione Granger here.
