I am of the personal opinion that shorter is not always sweeter. You've been warned!
CHARGE!
Some things about me:
~I can now be found over at LiveJournal under the name PerianFrost. Not much is up with it now, but I definitely plan on getting involved there! Look me up! More recently, I can also be found at Stealthy Stories with my other TMNT obsessed people. My name there is more simply Frost.
~ I play soccer and volleyball, and I live on the computer, books, and movies. Camping and hiking are the funnest things ever to do with a group of friends. I've run into a tree on my fourwheeler and survived (the tree didn't). I write all the time, and am toying with ideas for two original fantasy novels. Poetry is fine, but only if I'm in the mood! I love animals, and I have two big scary dogs to protect me from anything. This means if you try and track me down and I don't like you, you'll leave my property in pure terror, and not likely in one piece. Hockey is the best sport period, but unfortunately I can't play : I don't know how to ice skate. lol!
~I am free to be a beta for anyone who needs or wants one, see my beta profile for more details.
~I love hearing from people, be it in reviews, PM's or even E-mails. I like to talk, as some of you may have noticed, and if you and I have something in common... well then! No matter what you hear about me, I do not bite. You're probably septic anyways...
~If you leave a review, chances are my curiosity will take me over to your profile page to look at your fics... It makes me nervous critiquing anyone else when my own work could probably be better, so I can assure you I won't flame you!
~And finally, I like being challenged. If you've got an idea that you think would make a good one shot or decent longer fic and you don't have time or don't feel like working on it yourself... I'm always open!

Strange Meetings: Complete! One of my takes on how Legolas and the twins met. Takes place in Mirkwood.

Amarth Naur: In Progress. In a post-WotR world, Legolas makes a visit to Minas Tirith, Aragorn, Arwen, and their new son Eldarion. Of course things won't be easy!

Coauthored stories:
Lord of the Rings:
The Plottings of Lord Elrond: CoAuthored with the wonderful Alenor Peredhel. The mischeivousness of Elladan and Elrohir has to rub off on someone, and when it does, strange and hilarious things are bound to happen!
My new loves:
~Supernatural. The ever-adorable Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki together in one show where they hunt evil things and drive a gorgeous car? Count me in. Probable fic possibilities, especially considering how they left off on the third season. One is currently being plotted!
~Dark Angel. Alec is my absolute favorite. He's utterly amazing. And cute. The plot is great too... I want a third season! Possible fic possibilites.
~Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I've only seen up to the fourth season, so I can't read in the fanfiction section yet. Sigh. I'll survive though. I doubt there will be any fics for this category.
~TMNT. The movies, the episodes, and the comics... gotta love those turtles! Everytime I think I know which one is my favorite, they pull something and my opinion gets all switched up. There are possible fic possibilities for this category, besides the one I have currently (ie, just now) posted.
~Lost. (warning, possible spoilers discussed) I love Charlie Pace, and was absolutely extremely unhappy when he died. It was so sad, I almost, but not quite cried. Probably no fics will be posted for this category until I get more familiar with it.
~MASH. Yeah, you read right. I've only seen three of the seasons, and not in order, but that's enough. It's climbing in rank to become one of my absolute favorite series. I've also read the original book, and loved it. It's possible there will be a fic here.
~National Treasure (1 and 2). An old favorite, but a new fanfic one. A one shot is in progress!
~Scrubs. I'm a big fan of medical shows apparently, and besides, who doesn't love Vanilla Bear?
My writing styles are as follows:
- During the long period of time I've been on this site, I've become a large fan of slash, though only for certain pairings. I like the fluffy ones, not the smutty ones. And incest just gives me the cold shudders. Still won't write slash though, see below for reasons.
- I won't be doing romance at all, unless it's already been established... and it will likely play a very SMALL part. I'll read the occasional well-written romance story, but I wouldn't do very well with writing them. I'd trip all over myself and things would come out totally wacked... trust me on that.
-Most of my fics will be action/adventure, because I simply love putting my favorite characters in horrible life-threatening situations. I do like to write humor, and if that is what you want, go and read The Squirrel Chronicles. Humor will likely be sprinkled through-out all regular fics as well, because if I think of something funny that will go, I can't leave it alone. Also, I believe in keeping things relatively light.
-All of my fics will be as accurate as possible, because I like keeping things the way the authors or creators meant them to be. The Lord of the Rings is a good example, because I think Tolkien did beautifully with everything, and I want to keep that spirit. If you see any canon facts that are missing or out of place, please tell me so I can fix them!
