| wee-me |
Author has written 32 stories for Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Beetlejuice, StarTrek: Voyager, Heroes, Labyrinth, Magic School Bus, Beetlejuice, and Lost Boys. About me: Female. Short (hence the "wee"). Born mid-'80s. Hate clowns and most things from the '80s. Semi-antisocial. I graduated May 9th, 2008 with two bachelor's degrees. I love to read. I love to write but I'm sometimes afraid to share it with others because people don't often get my sense of humor or ramblings. I review stories more often than I write. I now have a LJ account to cross post stuff to. About this account: I have had this account a long time, and I mostly use it to review stories. I have only recently decided to post anything, I didn't have the nerve or any encouragement before. Now I have some of both so abandon all hope ye who read here. About my stories: I have a Buffy story up, several Beetlejuice one-shots/drabbles up, a short Heroes drabble, a Star Trek: Voyager story, and I'm still working on a chaptered Beetlejuice fic in response to the 100 Kisses Challenge (the issue of the poll at the top of my profile). I am working on another Buffy fic about my two favorite characters (a treat to anyone who can guess who) but I don't know when/if I'll post it, it has gotten longer than expected. I have several dozen small scenes, drabbles, one-shots, and stories of that sort started About my readings: I read Beetlejuice (especially BJ/Lydia), Harry Potter (Hermione/almost anyone but Harry or Ron), Inuyasha (Kagome/Sesshy or Kagome/Kouga), Teen Titans (Red X/Raven or Raven/someone else who isn't Robin), and various others that catch my attention. Mostly I just like odd pairings, especially the ones where the "bad guy" gets love, they make me squee. About my addiction to reviews: I have this addiction, but I won't beg. Not yet anyway. I do really appreciate reviews, and I respond to them all individually if possible. Any feedback is appreciated: good, bad, or indifferent (although I can't see someone sending indifferent feedback). Except now I have mucho indifferent feedback from a friend of mine, who knew it could be done? Prompts: Feel free to throw a story prompt my way if you would like to. Writing one-shot or drabble stories actually helps me clear out space for larger works. --> UPDATES! Halloween(ish) 2009 Hello all and a Happy Halloween! In typical me fashion, of course this (and my Halloween posts) are going to be up late. ‘Cause I’m a weirdo like that (leave me be, I’m alone on Halloween and I heard knocking on the side of my house- you convince me you wouldn’t have been distracted and freaked out too). Anywho, we finally have the Pieces update I promised you months ago and the 100th reviewer gift fic (also promised months ago) posted. I’ve added them in to my 13 Posts of Halloween, which means if you have me on your watch lists then I apologize for the spamming of your inbox. That's thirteen posts in honor of this wonderful holiday, this year on a single day instead of one each day leading up to the holiday. I went a little drabble crazy this year. Since it is November 1st that means NaNoWriMo! And that means that I’ll either be gone from fanfic for a month because my NaNovel is going so well, or I’ll get distracted by fanfic because my novel is crap and I’m way behind on the deadline! So wish me luck (or not, if you’re after fic, but wishing me to fail will be bad for your karma). While we’re here, let’s have a good chuckle at 7/2/2009 me. What a silly optimist I was then. Ahh, good times. 7/2/2009 “Pieces In A Pocket”: I will be attempting to post at least one chapter a month from now on. Since I missed June I will probably post two chapters in July. All my work is cross-posted to my Livejournal account. Sort of an archive thing, plus I like it over there- no confusing categories to choose. 100th reviewer for Pieces (by the numbers on this site) can request a drabble as a token of appreciation and to mark the occasion. (Kawaii Usagi Chan San was my 100th reviewer. So many hugs to her for it.) | |||||||
