I am almost 34, Australian, and I currently read almost exclusively in Supernatural, but that is mostly New Fandom Obsession. I have sentimental connections to various Final Fantasy games, Baldur's Gate, Transformers and Harry Potter, and will sometime hunt in other fandoms for more reading.

This account is mainly for watching the few good fics I have found and am following here on the Pit (admittedly, my Favourites list is now over 700, and still rising). I currently only have two works of my own posted - I am not much of a writer but I took a friend's advice to write a story in a series of ficlets. The more recent story is the same sort of thing, but featuring a dearly loved non-fandom OC of mine, thrown into the life of the game's protagonist.

My pairing preferences tend to be mostly non-canon, but for the most part pretty mainstream, though not always the popular ones. In my current fandoms I favour G1-esque Optimus Prime/Ultra Magnus, though it remains rare without being rare enough to rate as a "rare pairing", my pet crossover pairing of Vector Prime/Sailor Pluto (Setsuna Meioh), which is the point of my crossover fic, Mamoru/Usagi - a rare canon ship for me, and Harry/Hermione, Harry/Luna - basically Harry with anyone but Ginny, and Hermione just... not with Ron, whether she's with Harry or not. I remain unconvinced by JKR's writing that the canon pairings work, given how she portrayed them. I hold no grudge against canon shippers, as long as they hold none against me. I do however dislike shipping wars and canon nazi shippers.

Since getting interested Supernatural I have already read Destiel (Dean/Castiel), Wincest (Sam/Dean), Wincestiel (Sam/Dean/Cas), Dean/Jimmy (Jimmy being Castiel's Vessel), Sassy (Sam/Cas), Sabriel (Sam/Gabriel), and Team Free Love (Sam/Dean/Cas/Gabriel), so I will hardly be delving into the SPN fandom's shipping disputes.

I will also take this opportunity to to note that while I have my fair share of squicks, incest is not one of them. As long as it's adult (or near-adult) characters and it's consensual (I will give allowance for reasonable dub-con too), I don't have issues. Fanfic is not Real Life so some allowance can be made. Besides, I have read incest fic in numerous of those fandoms indicated in that overly-long self-given title up the top of this bio (said title is basically my fandom history anyway, though not necessarily in chronological order).

I also can claim that sapient bestiality is also one of my cast-iron kinks. By that I mean that the "beast" has to be sapient - an intelligent being. So far that has only come up in two fandoms - Harry Potter (in fics about either Moony or Padfoot, or both), and Final Fantasy VII (Red XIII aka Nanaki).

I will not take kindly to people stealing Oraania. She is an OC and also one from a canon that exists solely in my head. Thousand Suns is me throwing her into the BG events and seeing how everyone reacts to her. It's not that I am against letting people borrow my characters, it's just that I worry that someone else won't understand them. I will also be adding more characters from her home canon to the storyline soon, the same offence to character theft will apply to them as does to Orin.
