Hello, all! I became interested in fan fiction relatively recently, over the last several years or so. I had always enjoyed the X-Files, but I was never a fanatic about it. Then I caught some late night re-runs of Season 9, and the rest as they say is history. (Robert Patrick is one gorgeous man. That's all I have to say about that.) I thought John Doggett and Monica Reyes were great together and had a beautiful chemistry. I'm still ticked off about the way they were treated in the series finale, but that's a topic for another day. I started writing DRR fan fic after being inspired by some of the great Dripper fics I've read--that and the fact that there is a serious lack of good DRR fic being written lately. After being encouraged by a friend of mine, I figured it was time to "put up or shut up" and post some of my own stuff.
