Author has written 10 stories for Stargate: SG-1, and Stargate: Atlantis. The few, the proud, the geeky..., wait a second, there's getting to be quite a few of us now, and it's kinda getting fashionable to be a geek! Either way, I don't really care. I enjoy writing and reading fanfic far too much to really care about all the other garbage - that was bad enough in high school. Plus here's a great chance to be creative and share that creativity with other people. Enough soapboxing... I'm Heidi. I'm 35 and I have a five year old son who keeps me hopping and a lovely husband who thinks I'm mad but also thinks all this is good for me. We live in the Pacific NW in the same state as David Hewlett small squee escapes and I love the rain. Really. I've made loads of friends online, and none of them (thus far) have turned out to be axe murderers. grin I write Stargate Atlantis primarily, though I started in Stargate SG-1 and have a couple of those as well. I'm taking college classes and I work full-time, so time is limited which means I write fairly slowly so I don't post until stuff is done, and then I post slowly just to drive everybody nuts weg Lately I've been having the infamous Goo edit my stuff, which is going a long way towards improving it, or at least I seriously hope so. I mod over at the Yahoo Group SGAHC. We're one of the busiest Atlantis groups around with new stories posted nearly daily along with challenges, vids and the occasional wallpaper or other graphics. I'm a huge fan of Farscape and Firefly but I haven't dabbled in those yet - just don't have the right groove. Anyhow, hope you enjoy what you read; if you do, please let me know.
