I was reading through all my reviews for Why The Caged Bird Sings to inspire myself when I stumbled upon this pretty jewel, thought up by Violet Garnets to come out of Dai-chan's beautiful mouth. xD It made me laugh my freaking ass off sooooo badly. >_> Maaan, I seriously love this girl so badly. :D Her reviews always make me somewordthatmeansbeyondfreakishlyhappy, and her writing is absolutely superb. I mean, you have NO idea how superb it is. And I'm telling you, the only way you will get even an inkling of her greatness is to read her work. Right now, I am going to physically throw her story Guardian Gates at you and hope that it hits you in the face. It is so freaking good, wonderfully written, and it has great pairing development! Read it or die.

AND! While I'm whoring out this section of my profile to special mcgees, I might as well do a good job at it! My greatest thanks to KousukeAsazuki, who wrote me my very own birthday fic, Wars of Minds, Conflicts of Hearts. /drools on it/ It's sooooo sexy. Go read it, you asexual vegetables! ...Even though that has nothing to do with anything... And not to mention the fact that I'm apparently her 'idol.' Perhaps she's a wee bit unhinged? I mean, who would shame themselves by making me their idol? ;) But really - honey, you are seriously thee best! People, go read her fics. Like...seriously. They are works of art! They make me giggle and gasp and drool and "Omgahh!" to no end. She is a freaking kick ass writer, and I am sooo eternally grateful that she exists in my world.

XD Yes, I would be a little prat and bring that up, but hey, what can I say? ;) I love her DarkDaisuke stories with a passion, and she's even tried her hand at a SatoshiDaisuke oneshot, which came up beautiful! My goodness, her work has been a huge inspiration to me. I mean, Ruby Luster totally made me laugh, which made me think I had a sense of humor, which made me write the "ever humorous" Why The Caged Bird Sings. This girl is kick ass!

Sometimes I read a summary and expect so much from the fic behind it. And sometimes, my expectations aren't met - either that, or they're SORELY beaten to a pulp with horribly bad grammar or impossibly OOC-ness that even I wouldn't tread over. Those 'sometimes's' fill me with exasperation and a wee bit of rage; I get sorely tempted to drop a review with a mean, childish, bitchy comment like "This is just plain retarded. Stop it. RIGHT NOW. Go on. Obey me." But alas, I understand what it's like to write.../cough/ crap. But I also understand what it's like to be a bitch, and so I'll continue being one in my head. ...You're welcome. xD (Man, I'm gonna get struck down by lightning soon...)

I write for myself. Well that's a lie. I write for reviews. Because reviews praise me, and that makes me happy. So...I write for reviews that make me feel better about myself. So, I write for myself? Eh...whatever. Anyway, I write because I believe that if you want to read something spectacular with some incredible, unique plot, then you just gotta go out there and write it yourself! So there: I write what I want to read, and I write to please others, which in turn, pleases me. Huzzah.

I need a beta. I just don't want one. I know I need one, because I catch mistakes in newly posted-up chapters literally all the time. It pisses me off. But...I'm just way too impatient to wait for a beta to receive, read through, correct, and send back chapters that I want posted up right when I finish them. Argh. I'm insane. Just...review my stories and point out the flaws and I'll fix them. :D

10/25/08: Okay... o_o So apparently, it seems that I Kissed A Girl has just been deleted by the admin... Well that sucks! They sent me an e-mail that kind of confused me...but okay. o_O It was deleted because: "Not allowed: interactive, chat/script, real person,
mst, and etc," and that's BS. I did not make it interactive or in play form or anything. They could have tagged me with the violation of using lyrics (even though I only used snippets x_X), and they didn't even do that! They blamed me for something totally irrelevant and random... How stupid. Well, I guess I should make my daily apology for not updating anything. Life is just really hectic right now. Please bear with me. I love you. :)

9/9/08: Whoa. I actually updated. And yes, I know I just repeated what I said on the 5th, but I am honestly surprised that I've updated! O_O It's an...odd feeling. I mean, it's only been like four days! Whatthehell...? Really, really odd. Well...anyway. The third chapter of Meeting, Topping, and Exceeding Expectations is now up. I finished it up surprisingly quickly, and I had been planning on letting it rot in my computer for an impossibly cruel amount of time, but then decided that I'm not that big of a jerk. Well, I am, but I decided to do something nice for once. :) For once. That means I still get to continue being a jerk and not update anything for a while. xD

9/5/08: Whoa, dude! I actually updated... Bwuahhh. :D What a surprise. :o The second chapter of Meeting, Topping, and Exceeding Expectations is now up, for your reading pleasures and whatnot. ...Now if only I can get my ass in gear and work on that WTCBS chapter... But I can't. So bleghhh. x.X Okay, yeah. So how about school is freakishly time consuming, and freaking DRAMA club is starting up again?! Drama is like, insanely insane, so I'm absolutely sorry if I can't get on the computer much. :/ But then again...I did rack up the gall to write a couple of SatoDai drabbles that I smashed all into one story. xD Yep yep, a little thingy exploded from my mind and put itself up on fanfiction. It's called And I Quote, because I totally ripped off some quote and used it throughout the entire expanse of the story. XD Just a fluffy little ball of love I made for my own enjoyment. :) Huzzah and whatnot.

8/28/08: Well look at that. That KradDaisuke fic I was lusting over a while ago...is now ALIVE! Bwuahhahhh. Oh jeez... Thank god it's just a oneshot though! Otherwise I'd be dead at the hands of my restless readers. :) The Horror Of Our Love is now up, and it's my first attempt at something remotely M-rated. Oh my. :O How exciting! Erm...yeah, IC KradDaisuke. Of course it's gonna be somewhat violent and not at all fluffy. But y'know what? That's freaggin' addictive shit right there!

8/18/07: Squeeeee! It's a happy birthday for this strange, sadistic little author right here! ...Well, she's assuming it'll be a happy birthday. It's currently 12:57 AM, so she can't be sure of the future just yet. But anyway, she (deciding to speak of herself in third person for this godforsaken occasion) has written up the first chapter to a new story called Meeting, Topping, and Exceeding Expectations!

Yes, that's right. Another one. Please, folks, she deserves a harsh stoning. Yes, yesssss! And not the Reefer Madness kind either. XD Well anyway...she won't bore you with details up here – because it's currently alive and metaphorically rotting DOWN THERE! /points down to Authored Stories area/ Oh dear. She is going to sleep now. And perhaps try to wake up early tomorrow morning to wrestle the camera out of her sister's evil clutches... Probably not. Waking up is such a biiiiiitch...eroonidooni. Ah yes!

8/7/08: /huge cough/ Err... NEW STORY! xD Oh myyyy. Now how did that happen? /cough/ A Night On Broadway is it's name, and songfics using songs from musicals is its game! :D

Well, it's a strange world we live in. One where I just keep spewing out stories whislt somewhat ignoring stories that haven't been updated in months. Oh dear. Eheheh... Well, at least this one won't totally rape all my time! It's a fic that I'll update on impulse, whenever the need to smash musicals and DNAngel together arises... So don't you worry! I can also keep struggling with Why The Caged Bird Sings at the same time. :D And struggling I am. -_- Eurgh. I kinda suck. x)

2/23/08: Yes, It's been a while. A LONG while, I know. I really suck, don't I?

Well I know that I'm in no position to be throwing my excuses at you all, but I do have one. My computer crashed and we had to replace the hard drive. All my work...gone in the span on a mere two weeks... So when I say this, I also say that all of the "Upcoming Works" that I had listed below (I've now deleted that section) will no longer be upcoming. I regret this, because I really did like all three of them (Fight, Sinful You, Umbrella). I say regret as a singular verb, all on its own. I only regret that they have been deleted. I will not rewrite them, though, because I know whatever I had typed up on those Word documents had been once-in-a-lifetime things. I cannot try to duplicate them, because it's impossible for me. What I wrote had been gold to me; every single word and every single form of punctuation had been gold to me. Whatever I tried to write at this moment would be crap compared to that gold.

Well, with that said, I'll go on.

The Other Side, I've decided, will be put on hiatus yet again. Since everyone's been reviewing Why The Caged Bird Sings, that must mean that that's the story everyone wants a piece of. I'll respect that and submit to your needs. The Other Side will be picked up one day in the perhaps distant future.

As for Why The Caged Bird Sings, I'm also sorry for being such a jerk. But then again, freshman year at a whole new (high) school is a pretty big bitch. Making new friends, losing old friends, gaining new relationships, juggling classes and extra curricular activities, and the whole concept of being me kind of needs...most of my concentration.

And I know that's pretty stupid to say, since A LOT of the writers on fanfiction are probably my age - and not to mention older, which would indeed weigh them down much more than someone of my age - and still find the time to loyally write and update wonderful works, but this is me, and I can't really do that.

Well, enough bitching. I'll get to work on that 9th chapter of Why The Caged Bird Sings. Please keep up the support.
