I swear, since '08, I've at least attempted to review every story that I add to my favorites and/or to a c2 of mine. But, sometimes, ff.net or firefox or some divine fate just doesn't let it get posted. Sorry. Kaoru Kaidoh is my love. I normally hate reading InuKai stories. (If they're really good, then I manage. I can be a bit of a masochist, I guess.) He's also the reason I semi-stalk the tennis club at my school. :sigh: If only we didn't suck so much, I might've found a guy by now... For people that hate stereotypes: If you think people should just shut up and stop, put this on your profile. (BOLD the ones you are.) I have six c2's because I like too many fics and I have this odd thing about keeping the number of favorites down as much as possible. In addition to that, I only make c2's that I'd want to see- meaning every fic is high quality, ignoring however many reviews it may have gotten, it's entertaining, it's romance (normally with a happy ending, cause I'm like that), and is completed. Check 'em out if you've got some time. This is /the/ best drabble I can ever think of being able to read. It is not mine. I REPEAT: NOT MINE! It comes from the gorgeous fic: Sanity is Overrated by the wonderous Hopeakaarme (links provided for your convience.) I don't effin' care if you don't like the pairing. It's gorgeous and sappy and everything that's good with fanfiction in this world. "029. Birth Fated from Birth Only that woman would think of something so idiotic. Sure, she was not the only person ever to keep a diary. However, nobody else could possibly have thought of digging up her diary entry on a particular date to prove something as “fate”. Still, despite himself, Akutsu found it vaguely disturbing that on a particular January the second many years back the two-year-old Akutsu Jin had apparently suddenly looked up from his games and announced, “Now I won't be alone anymore.” Dan, of course, found this incredibly sweet. The little idiot. Adorable, too, though." Happy Birthday by Lady Alionae (MelloxNear) Light Up My Darkness and Night and Day by MiaoShou (LxLight) - AU's of my dreaaaaams. XD Oh, but a warning: If you don't like lemons like me, be fair warned both of them do have some. They're very easy to pass over and, while they do have significance to the plot, you just need to know that they happened for that impact to be made; they're easy to skip over, so don't let them cheat you out of a great fic! Oh, and, admittedly, both stories read a lot like store-bought romance novels. ...Er, gay/homoerotic store-bought romance novels. Written well, but they are what they are nonetheless. Mind Games by wild-filly (LxLight ...sorta) - Oh, gosh! The way this one turned out was AMAZING! If you guess how it ended up happening, YOU'RE TOO SMART TO BE READING FANFICTION! :) Stacks by Nirah (LxLight) - I fell for this fic. Hard. This may very well be my favorite one-shot in the fandom. :') And even though nothing's really resolved in it ('cause Light's evil and all :C), it's well worth the read! D.Gray-man: SleepingSleepless by kiri coil - BEST. D.GRAY-MAN FIC. EVER! No longer available. D: Eyes on Me by kiri coil (KandaxAllen) - PERFECT! Perfect in every way I care to think of! :') I'm seriously considering printing this one off, in case the author decides to delete it. Petit Rivalry by yukuro (KandaxAllen) - Jealous Kanda always hits the spot, to be honest. And this one was portrayed so realistically that if Yullen ever went cannon, I'd buy that this could happen. I love all the stories I've stuck in my c2. We Don't Share - Check it out! (It's pure KandaxAllen) Oh, and I also adore all the stories written by kiri coil. :') I'd seriously buy her stuff if she were ever to publish. Gravitation: Christmas is a Time by XTsukimiOdangoX (YukixShuichi) - Super Drive by peroxidepest17 (YuikxShuichi) - It says it's "car porn" and it's rated M, but it's really nothing more than Yuki perving on Shuichi. But, somehow, not in the gross way; just in the way that shows how much Yuki actually loves Shuichi. ...But, admittedly, this is another sort of fic I've got a softspot for. Harry Potter: Fathers of the Year and Scorpius Malfoy and the Improbable Plot by opalish - Both are complete crack fics focusing on the new generation of kids, but they're hilarious! (Plus, the latter's made me fall completely in love with Scorpius. XD) Er...Check out my c2 if you like Harry Potter. I'm really only reading Opalish's stuff at this point, and even then only if they sound amusing. :) It's HG + LJ + gen with some timetravel, power!Harry, and Sirius rescuing Harry for good measure. Hikaru no Go: Driven by Murinae (Gen & crossover with Death Note) - Quite honestly probably the most briliant fic I've ever read. This could've happened in an off-camera moment if it were possible for two completely imaginary universes to collide. Just Breathe by Ju (HikaruxAkira) - HIKARU PEEEERVS! Schizophrenia by buduica (aka: aishuu) (Gen) - Amazing. It's another what-if plot, but this one's tragic. It makes me cry every time I read it but it's so... deep that I can't take it off my list. Everyone who loves the series should read it to take a moment and put it all in perspective. Check out my c2 for this one! Hikago fanwriters are few but strong! Enjoy it! :) Kingdom Hearts: Advanced Theory by Dualism (RikuxSora) - The sort of fic I absolutely adore above all others. Besides, when this is every fangirl's fantasy written with Dualism's pen, how can you resist? Brotherly Advice by The Boomerang (AxelxRoxas, RikuxSora, ZexionxDemyx) Another c2 simply because there are so many wonderful fanfictions in this category and I read way too many of them. Mulitple pairings (...generic ones, really: RikuSora, AxelRoxas, ZexionDemyx, LeonCloud, etc.). There's some fabulous fics here, so check it out, please! Kyou Kara Maou: Fires Within by Sage-libra (WolframxYuuri) - Probably my favorite fic of all in this fandom. It's sadly something I think is completely in character for Wolfram. But, for Yuuri too, so all's well! My Brother by Snowy Leopardess (...?) Here's my c2 for this fandom (pure WolframxYuuri): Loveless: Absolution by Mujitsu (SoubixRitsuka) Earned by trixie (sorta-implied-past-notreallyloveSoubixSeimei, RitsukaxSoubi) - I love all of her fics that are in the fandoms/pairings that I read, so I've provided a link to her website, since she doesn't post her stuff, as far as I can tell, on fanfiction.net. Earned just happens to be my favorite, is all. :) In Vino Veritas by presencedear (SoubixRitsuka, onesided KioxSoubi) Prince of Tennis: Crossing the Desert by EllipsesBandit. (TezukaxFuji) Head Over Heels by FallingSilver (YuushixGakuto, ShishidoxOhtori (minor)) - !! This fic IS LOVE! XD Natsu no Koi by PoTObLiViOn (TezukaxFuji) - ...I can see Fuji pulling off cross dressing, actually. And not because he's feminine, either. I think it's just...that smile or something. :) Sanity is Overrated by Hopeakaarme (AkutsuxDan) - Doubly noted because it's worth it! Shared Secret by Hopeakaarme (EijixOishi) Tokyo Lights by embry81788 (TezukaxFuji) Unfolded Secrets by jannetine (TezukaxFuji) My c2 for this fandom contains all the pairings I love: The Simpsons: (aka- my one true love!) Spinning for Hours by Sir Mocha (LisaxThelonius) - Will be forever incomplete, as far as I can tell. Yami no Matsuei: Near Him by Sumiregusa (TsuzukixHisoka) Pointing Out the Obvious by Lucy May (TszukixHisoka) Yu Yu Hakusho: The Morning After by Sagi-chan (KuramaxHiei) - Is it wrong to almost prefer old/silver!KuramaxHiei to Shuichi!KuramaxHiei because of one fic? On Peragro Tempus: So. I went into writing this knowing that my stuff doesn't deserve to be read and that the plot would just be a poor imitation of any and all mass-produced fics I've read, but...well, this story reeks. Not in a "my story sucks; tell me it doesn't so I'll write more!"way but in a "...Why would anyone actually read this?" Yet I understand the temptation of it. :) I'm very partial to the summary, actually. But, all that said, I will never, evah finish. I'm just badass like that. ;) Thank you!
