Author has written 8 stories for Phantom of the Opera, and Wicked. Next up in Nade-NaberrieLand: Evergreen will be coming to a close soon, as I'm sure you're all well aware. Sad times! Still nitpicking over those first ten chapters or so; I completely rewrote the first two, and will probably wind up doing the same for the other eight. From My Solitude is finally getting its long-awaited epilogue! Whew! In the past three weeks, I started three completely different stories. After much consideration, I've decided to go ahead and post the two that I'm most enthusiastic about (and thus more likely to be updated frequently, haha). Both of these new stories are based on actual historical events, the premises for which are listed below: New fic #1 (tentatively called "Unchanging as the Sea") - When the Comtesse de Chagny embarks for America with her husband and twenty-year old son, she is assured that she will be traveling on board a floating palace, a ship of dreams. And it truly is. But as the RMS Titanic heads for inevitable disaster, Christine's past and future will collide in one last, breathtaking crescendo... New fic #2 (title still unknown) - In 1873, Naser al-Din Shah Qajar, the shah of Persia, takes a personal tour through the nations of Europe. While studying the vast and vibrant city of Paris, his eye catches a blackened pockmark on the landscape -- a building that once might have been glorious. Upon further prying, he learns of the infamous tale of the chandelier crash, and the masked killer with the voice of an angel. Yearning for revenge upon the man who dared to humiliate the Shadow of God, the shah sends a servant to claim the one thing that the man named Erik ever loved -- this singer, turned viscountess... Christine. I've started the first two chapters for both of them, and I am SO excited for you guys to read them! But I'm going to refrain from posting until Evergreen is finished... otherwise it never will be! ;) | |||||||||
