Hi I've been a writer for as long as I can remember.

I do not have very specific goals when I set out to write, and thus I have great freedom. My characters decide for themselves what they want to do in the moment as I'm writing a scene, and I just go with it. That's my philosophy; if you know your characters then let them tell you what they want to do.

I also enjoy placing myself in the wolds I'm writing about. This is not always the case, and I'm going to be attempting a couple of crossovers in the near future.

Awakening

This fic has deffinatly gained a place in my heart. I've enjoyed writing it; well here goes my crazy writer moment; really it wrote itself. Taking that approach to writing has been beneficial because I have come to many unforseen realizations in this fic alone.

I also would like to take this moment to thank our reviewers. My personal goal was tell Eiri's story in this fic, to show his emotional termoil, and I'm glad that I have been sucessful in achieving that goal.

Background to In Darkest Times:

In Darkest Times is set imedatly after the final battle (this was written some time between books 4 and 5 I think).

Me: A freind of the trio. I'm very close to Harry, and we've developed a brother/sister bond. I am gifted with lagelamency and occlumency.

Emily: My dear friend who has had a thing for Sirius as long as I can remember. She is also a friend of the trio via me, and often is a healer.

Aziza: This girl is out spoken, quick to action, and vibrent. She is often in a relationship with Harry. She does her best to keep Ron in line as well...

Megan: I've been toying with this character for some time. At present she is a Huffelpuff who wants to become a healer... I vary between Huffelpuff and Ravenclaw with her. Oh, and lately she's been forming relationships with one Draco Malfoy... that's interesting

Kayliegh: She's a kind Huffelpuff and best friend of Megan. This causes problems when the two of them hang out because she is crushing on Ron... sparks fly!

Harry Potter:

I like to place myself in J. K.s world. I'm usually a friend of the trio. You'll see how this comes into play as my stories develope. They're set in the fifth, sixth, or seventh years. I also hate it when people make Severous evil; he may be unplesent at times, and he may be biased against the Griffendors, especialy Harry, but he isn't evil.

Gravitation:

I am just developing my style for this particular series. One thing Tohma is a great character. He can be a pain, but I prefer it when he is ready to be all 'Tohma the great protector' for Shuichi as well as Eiri. As for other notes... Eiri Yuki isn't a complete bastard! He does care for Shu and I like fics that capture the depth of his character.

I prefer a fic where Marisol is alive hands down. She's a great character, and I'm disapointed that she was killed so shortly after she and Horatio found happiness.

I love well done cross-overs between these two shows. Actually I think they should do another cross-over with Miami/Vegas as they have done at least two with Miami/NY.

Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis:

I am very picky when it comes to SG-1; a true depth to the characters must be shown.

Jack is not just a millitary man; he cares for his team, and they're not just geeks to him.

Daniel is not just a nerdy archeologist; he can take care of himself in hostile situations, and is a force to reconed with when he cares about something/someone.

Teal'c is not slow; he is also becoming familliar with Earth sayings/customs/situations and thus he would not need to ask or look clueless when such things arise.

Sam is usually portrayed accuratly, but the duality of her as a scientist and millitary officer must be achieved. She is the link between Jack and Daniel when they don't agree, and a major cohesive unit that holds the team together.

Oh, and for the record I much prefer when Jacob and Selmac are alive and well. They are wonderful, and I like having them around.
