A crossover fanatic who spends too much time on fanfic. Favorite shows include The Tomorrow People, Samurai Jack, He-Man, Now and Again, Witchblade, Powerpuff Girls, The Lone Gunmen, Stargate SG-1, Charmed, Firefly, John Doe, Buffy, Angel, Power Rangers (some incarnations), Lost, House M.D., and Quantum Leap.
Updates are often sparse 'cause I work in front of a computer and don't want to turn mine on when I get home. If you want to know where I am and where I've been, check out my webjournal at http://www.livejournal.com/users/weirdweb - I can update THAT from work, at least.
Wondering why I'm on people's favorites lists? Two of the stories that got me my most reviews ever, "Sharp Edges" and "The Key and the Sword," have been pulled for serious rewrites. I have no idea when they'll be up again. Between graduate school, buying a house, and a severe dry spell in terms of creativity, I haven't had much time or opportunity to write much of anything. (Hey, you want me to be able to update? Then come over and re-wire my house/re-grade the exterior/fix the chimney flashing/flake off all the loose paint in the family room and repaint it. If not, lay off the "update now!" demands.)

NOTE TO REVIEWERS IN GENERAL: If a story has not been updated for a while, screaming at the author is the LAST thing you want to do. If anything will kill an author's inspiration to write a story - especially when he/she is stuck on it - being screamed at for not updating will make it WORSE. Don't ruin it for the rest of the readers, please. Most authors who hit writers' block are probably as frustrated with it - if not more so - than you. Accusing them of laziness will only make it worse. Knock it off, please; I'm tired of screamers killing progress on excellent WIPs. (I'm not just talking about my stories. I've seen it happen for some others, and wanted to throttle the twit who sent the author over the edge.)
To those of you who have been supportive and understanding in their reviews: you rock. It is because of you that some of my WIPs have not been tossed by the wayside and why I have stuck to some of them for so long.
