Heart in the Darkness: Okay... so I've been revising the story and I always seem to stop after the second chapter because I realize the lack of preparation the story had. So I've been scratching stuff and adding stuff and at the end I always come to the conclusion that I need a story BEHIND the story for it to actually make sense, you know? So I've been trying to work things out because, honestly, I disliked what I had written before for the simple reason that it makes me sound like a giggling fan girl who wrote a half-assed story with OCC characters... (No offense to anyone out there.) I'm sorry to those who have followed this story since the beginning but I think you will have to wait a little longer, please, I swear I'll make it up to you! I just really hate having a story that could be so much better and not editing it; I know what will happen next chapter but I need to fix things before the story goes on.

Don't Let Me Fall: This is sad... oh so very sad. I have the chapter outline, I have everything planned... all I need to do is finish the chapter (I wrote half of it like YEARS ago). I edited the first half as time passed and I got a good plot twist to improve the story... now if I could ONLY FINISH THE DAMN CHAPTER. It's not that I'm lazy... it's that I don't have time to write at times, but when I do have time I'm lazy. I'm horrible.

Sweat, Blood, and Adrenaline!: Okay this one is totally my fault. I don't think I remember much of the original story idea, I have the major idea but I'm missing some details. I will begin working on it since I have time now. Also... only a few people have given me info for their characters to be added to the story... maybe if I actually started the story people would like to join the fun. I wrote the intro to the chapter and I think I will start with a 3000-4000 word prologue (lol) to get people interested in the story. I'm really looking forward to writing this one!

Summary: In this twisted fairy tale the heroes must escape the fairy tale book that sucked them in before they become consumed by the major gushiness that is a fairy tale! But in order to make it out (alive), they have to find their happily ever after! (Too bad this is easier said than done).

Sweat, Blood, and Adrenaline!: The basic line for the story is to have Sonic, Jet, and Shadow involved in a big competition to see who's the best. At the begining everyone is going to join in, but as the story progresses some of the people are going to be illiminated. And as they are illiminated some are forced to work together (hint, hint), which leads to a plot twist and mixed feelings.

Don't Let Me Fall is a ShadAmy. This story is about a new alliance formed to catch Project Shadow. Shadow is forced back to earth after being in the ARK for some time to take care of some unfinished business. It takes place after SA2 but not exactly before or after Shadow The Hedgehog. It's semi-AU towards the STH game; however, that's the only thing that changes! The rest is going to take place in the normal Sonic Universe!

Heart in the Darkness is a ShadAmy, 'cuz I love that couple. I wrote the story because I got inspired by a picture I found in deviantArt, and I loved the way it looked. The picture was tittled, "Shall we dance?" and it had Shadow and Amy ready to dance. The story is an AU (alternative universe) story; it takes place in the old times, when girls wore those puffy dresses. Lookie, Lookie

I consider every single one of my reviews to be special. Whenever I review a story I see the story as a whole and give, what I think is, a universal point of view. I'm really hard to please. There's so many stories out there and so many talents, but it's hard to find a story that fits my interest. I will usually leave constructive criticism and pointers when I review, as well as offers to edit work. If you want me to review your story, send me PM and I'll do it with much gusto. I don't flame, I don't really believe on that, as a matter of fact, I try to make my reviews friendly.

Heart in the Darkness

The stars are hidden behind the clouds tonight, afraid to show their beautiful glow, and the moon is covered in complete darkness, all by itself... alone. I, too, feel like the moon, lonely and lost; Lost in the confusion of my thoughts and the beats of my heart. Trying to figure out what's wrong and what's right. I'm stuck between two worlds, not knowing the right path.

I take a stuffed animal from my bed and I ask, "Tell me... what's right?"

Its mouth doesn't move but the crystal eyes look at me, yet nothing is seen inside them; it has no feelings, no heart, no real expression. My question can't be answered because it's merely a stuffed animal. What would it know about life? It's lifeless... its existence is practically unimportant; just a regular material object, with the sole purpose of entertainment. No words can come out of its mouth; no feelings can be expressed through its eyes.

I look deep inside the crystal orbs; the only thing I see is limitless darkness; that of which reminds me of him. He's a mystery covered by a bewildering haze that can't be moved by anything or anyone. I want to be the one to see through the haze; the one to discover his concealed secret. If I found out that secret, I would be able to free him from his self-punishment. I want to be his cure; I want to be his salvation; I want to be the amnesty to his heart.

His crimson eyes always attracted my attention; they're deep pools of red that reveal his true feelings. The first time I saw them there was nothing but deep darkness. The day at the dance I began to see much more inside them; but today my heart ached every time I saw them. The solitude that he lives in makes his eyes even darker; I fear that if he continues to live the way he is right now, he'll eventually become a heartless soul. Those crimson eyes weren't far from their death, and his heart was close to the final punishment.

"The final punishment..." my sight became blurry, and my eyes burned. I looked at the stuffed animal one more time, before embracing it. If you could only feel my warm embrace; if you could only feel the fear in my heart; the fear to know that he wasn't far from becoming just like you...
