I'm a twenty one year old film student from the UK. I live in a small town, my hometown, but during term time I live 70 miles away on campus. I'm very close to my family, especially my younger sister who I have so much in common with. I have a small group of close friends who mean the world to me; don't know what I'd do without them.

I've always had a creative side since I was a young child, some more physical than others. From the age of three I've been unusually interested in film and TV; they interested me more than most children I think and that has continued to happen ever since. When in school as a child I'd always be writing short stories and was always happy when they were a part of the lesson; I actually won a couple of writing competitions between the ages of 7 and 11 both of which I then had to read out in front of classes.

Another creative passion of mine is music. I'm no good at playing instruments but like film and TV, music has always spoken to me and I've never tied myself down to a specific genre. Growing up I was surrounded by jazz, blues, country, rock, pop...everything and anything! This to has stuck with me and I have a very mixed CD collection because of it but I'm happy I have that variety in music. With every song I listen, really listen, to the lyrics and each word and the music behind it. Music says a lot and can be used for so much creativity.

I also love to read; murder mysteries, supernatural are the main genres but I'll give anything a try. I also enjoy photography, taking and looking at it. I enjoy scenery photography but prefer people as the subject; famous and non; sometimes photos can say a thousand words. I do love to write but I'm still learning and to do so I write fanfiction in my spare time though I'll be honest I'm awful at updating. I mostly write fanfiction for the show Bones and have in the past written for the now off air series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. Others I'm thinking of writing at some point are House and Harry Potter.
