Hello, and welcome to my world!

A little about why I'm here - I love the Harry Potter series. The first book was my favorite for a long time, as it set up the whole magical world, but I now appreciate the later books better, as they aren't so shiny-happy, if you know what I mean. I like the adults in the series much better than the children. I especially like Snape - he's just so crusty and grimy and real. And I admit I have a soft spot for Remus - he reminds me of my husband.

A little about me - I work in administration at a university in Canada. It's okay, pays the bills, gives us money to travel, etc. Some day I hope to have my own small business organizing people's houses for them. I've got this strange thing for boxes/baskets/anything you can put something else in. I get lost in the little plastic boxes aisle at Walmart.

Aside from my strange fascination with "storage solutions", I'm also into environmental and social justice concerns. Those two issues are so often linked. Do what you can to help out the environment and those around you!

ABOUT MY FAVORITES LIST - I have gone through my favorites list, and it now includes only completed stories. Kind of my way of keeping things straight. I'm keeping an eye on many WIP stories as well - but they're all on my story alert list.
