Author has written 20 stories for CSI, and Angel. I'm 33-years-old and hail from Northern Ireland, although I'm currently living in Madrid, Spain. I have been something of a perpetual student, with a background in theatre, film, make-up artistry and fiction writing. These days, I'm still at school, but now as a teacher. Writing is my first passion (followed closely by filmmaking). I used to write poetry before switching to prose several years ago. I have also written around 10 theatrical plays and two screenplays (one of which I made into a short film in 2004). I started writing fanfiction before I had even heard of the term. I wrote a fic for Angel one snowy week back in 2001 (entitled "Kathy"), and didn't attempt another one until late in 2004/early 2005, when I wrote my first CSI story ("Cold Vengeance") For CSI, I'm mainly a GSR-shipper, and most of my stories try to straddle the ship/case file divide (with a couple of fluffier pieces thrown in for good measure). I'm also into slash - particularly Sara/Sofia and Nick/Greg. In the Angel/Buffy-verse I'm a committed Angel/Cordy shipper, so expect my fics to lean that way. I also ship Willow/Tara In terms of writing influences - I'm a big fan of the classics: Virginia Woolf, Oscar Wilde, Jane Austin, the Bronte Sisters; as well as modern crime writers: especially Patricia Cornwell, Linda Fairstein and Tami Hoag. Currently, one of my absolute favourite authors is Jasper Fforde, who writes the Thursday Next series of books. My taste is a bit eclectic, but that's just me in a nutshell... EDITED 11/11/10: I'm so, unbelievably sorry for not updating my Angel fic "Family" in so long. I blame falling in love, changing jobs, moving to Korea and then to Spain and a whole bunch of other life stuff. BUT - fear not. I've been toiling away at completing the story and will be starting regular updates to the story, once November (aka NaNoWriMo) is over. EDITED 2/12/10: We're now back on track with "Family".
