Author has written 12 stories for Final Fantasy VII, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy XII, Prince of Persia, Assassin's Creed, Devil May Cry, and Merlin. I am in grad school now, which means I almost certainly have some Serious Business having to do with Science to attend to. Ah well. When I was younger, I went to hear Philip Pullman speak. He told us he writes exactly a page (or two pages?) every day, whether it takes him all day or two hours, and whether it cuts off in the middle of a scene or a thought. My writing process goes something like this: Think up an idea (usually while trying to sleep) Like it Obsess over it Write it down to forget it Hate it Find it again months or years later Like it Post it Hate it Feel a warm glow if other people don't hate it I'm not sure if this is standard. Also if you're interested, I favorite stories if I like the content, and authors if I like the writing style. This sounds nice, but my lists are made up in large part of exceptions, because an author writes decently but writes a lot of stories I like so I skip steps and favorite the author, or because I haven't bothered to correct things from when I was not this organized. I seem to have developed a fascination with using lines from source material. If you're interested, you can view this trend in "If life were a game, then", "Growth", and "Elements of Choice".
