You know you want to. :P Current fics I am working on: Tales of Symphonia So I'm thinking about... writing a fic about Pronyma, because it came to my attention that a) she rocks, b) there are very few fics about her. There are a few good starts- but almost nothing past one or two chapters. Since Reminiscence is almost over (nooes, I am going to miss it!) and Mass Chaos is going to take like... years to even start, I figure a Pronyma story is what I need to occupy my time. I'm writing out a synopsis (sort of like the synopsis in the game), and for those who are interested, I'll just let you know that it's not focused on her life before Cruxis. It opens with her promotion to "subordinate of Grand Cardinal", and then skips to two years later when she is assigned her first mission. She discovers a deadly secret which could change the fate of the world, and is forced to make a choice... Cruxis or the Renegades? The Age of Lifeless Beings and one of her closest friends? loyalty or betrayal? Life or death? Illusion - She was a peasant girl, from the dark slums of Meltokio, though her spirit was bright as the sun. He was a fisherman, born and bred in the port city of Palmacosta, though he realized bigger dreams he had. Their fates were entwined from the very beginning. LloydxColette, AU Tales of Teldasia - Colette Brunell, a peasant from the slums of Meltokio, has been recognized as the Chosen. She insists that her shy but faithful friend Zelos Wilder accompany her. Lloyd Aurion, the general's son, is assigned to protect her. When the trio descends upon a recently destroyed Ozette, they come across two people who somehow manage to add themselves to the group: a lumberjack, Sophie Amindy, and a music student- Mithos Yggdrasill. Follow the fivesome as Colette transforms into an angel, Zelos battles with his inner demon, Lloyd receives troubling letters from his little sister, Sophie becomes suspicious of a certain companion and Mithos just sits back and watches. AU, duh. Set in Symphonia's alternate universe of Teldasia. Totally made that up. Mass Chaos: Book 1, Listen To Your Heart - Main pairing is YuanxSheena. Other pairings include: Colloyd, Gesea and Sheelos. Sheena's POV. As of late, trouble has been brewing in Triet. Kratos decides that it is time to intervene, and he drags Raine, Genis, Lloyd, Colette, Sheena, Zelos and (eventually) Yuan along for the ride. However, things are not as they seem and suddenly the party finds themselves trapped in a load of trouble. Mass Chaos: Book 2, Take My Hand- 16 years later, Kratos returns from Derris-Kharlan, this time bringing Cam Ka'fai with him. Upon meeting the remaining members of his family (aka Sheena and Cadel) and hearing exactly how his father died, Cam takes it upon himself to destroy the people who tore apart his family. His brother Cadel, Lloyd and Colette's daughter Roma, Raine's daughter Hayden, Genis and (eventually) Leda accompany him. Mass Chaos: Book 3, Angels Among Us- (last one, I promise) Cam continues on his quest to find Yuan, but he is alone since Leda and Genis have both abandoned him. Mass Chaos has been destroyed for good, but, as Cam soon finds out, that is the least of his worries. Lloyd hasn't forgiven him, and if that wasn't enough, it turns out that the Cruxis Crystal Zelos gave him previously belonged to someone else... possibly, his father? Reminiscence- 3 years postgame. Almost a year after Yuan loses his memory, he runs into both Sheena and Zelos and is forced into attending a reunion party when he doesn't even remember anyone there. WHAT HAPPENS?! I know. But you don't. The Yuan of the Opera- Yuan's the Angel of Music, Sheena's a soprano by day, ninja by night, Lloyd's a mallerina, Pronyma's a Prima Donna, Kratos and Genis own the Martel Opera House, Raine is a dance instructor who throws ballet shoes at her students and Zelos is the Count of Hunnyopolis. What else can go wrong? The Phantom of the Opera with a kind of enormous plot twist. Fav.
