Picture of the Month belongs to ... NARA SHIKAMARU! MY FAVORITE PINEAPPLE-HEAD! lol Two words to describe him: lazy genius. He's every teacher's worst nightmare: he sleeps during a lecture, appearsnonchalant, seemingly uncaring, and annoys others with his whining: "What a drag...How troublesome..." His favorite hobbies are cloud-watching (hence from the picture, winkwink) and shogi (chess). But behind this lazy and unenthusiastic character lies a 200 IQ. Although he hates having to do anything remotely stressful, Shikamaru (when the time calls for it) is very analytical and strategic. His best jutsu is the Shadow-Bending Technique, a family trait. Despite all of the other powerful contestants, Shikamaru becomes a Chuunin before anyone else due to the fact that he knows when he needs to retreat and is a great example for a leader, one that looks after his team. His team is Team 10 with his sensei, Asuma. His teammates are Yamanaka Ino and Akimichi Chouji. HE IS AMAZING!

Self-Description: Hmm...short, ridiculously quiet (unless on a field with a soccer ball, then bring it on baby!), movie-manga-anime show lover, fangirl of all hot Bleach, InuYasha, and Naruto guys, bookworm, kinda pretty yet simple, kinda weird, perfectionist, hard-core, tomboy, loves winter and fall, loves entering Walden Books and spending endless hours reading, going on the computer, listening to music, reading fanfics, writing, critiquing, sending long reviews (subconsciously) and getting a nice heart-warming reply, and...yeah, not much about me. I do detest child abuse, animal abuse, ANY kind of abuse, abortion (seriously, if you didn't want a kid in the first place, you should have been prepared), flames, and egotistical people.

Book of the Month? "Map of Bones" by James Rollins. Captivating, amazing and a must read. Very similar to Dan Brown's choice of literature: high-tech military action, suspense, racing through Europe, trying to discover through clues hidden millennia ago to a treasure beyond their comprehension, with a dab of religious history and startling personal discoveries.

Favorite Type of Story? Original plot, light humor, seriousness, suspense, action, lemons (yes, hentai at heart), characters that are IN-character, well-written, thought provoking, inspirational, realistic.

Pet Peeves? Mary-Sues, when authors insert themselves into the story, OC characters that are the main characters in the story, bad grammar and spelling, overly dramatized exaggerations on the worst qualities of a character that it intervenes on the character itself; example: Lucius Malfoy (HP) is a pure-blood aristocrat who is indeed haughty of himself and the wealth and status of his family - however, some people overemphasize this and make him out to be a brainless pansy when he in fact is intelligent, clever, sly, ruthless, and an asshole...I personally think that they're jealous of his beautiful sleek hair...I know I am...

Personal Beliefs: I have no problem with people who are gay or prefer to read and write fics that have guy/guy and girl/girl pairings. The only thing I do have a problem with is incest. There is no reason for that. EVER. As for religion, yes, I'm catholic, but truthfully, I respect all other religions. In my opinion, there shouldn't be so much murder over such beliefs because why? All religions are meant to look up to a higher being, deity, or place that will gives us mercy, redemption, and a better after-life. They all point in to the same direction: be a good person, have moral values, do the right thing, etc...

Expectations: Some things that you can expect from my fics: there is usually a lemon (hence all of the rated M's decorating my profile). I usually try VERY VERY hard to keep the characters in character to make the plot more believeable. I try to push my imagination WAY OUT THERE. My chapters will usually range from around 12 to 18-20 pages. I am very descriptive of my surroundings and of what my characters look like. I am more prone to writing from a girl's P.O.V. but I also love writing from Kakashi (from NARUTO)'s point of view for some reason. My leading female characters, if you haven't noticed yet, are usually always overlooked, underestimated, and demeaned like Hermione (HARRY POTTER), Sakura (NARUTO), Kagome (INUYASHA), and Rukia/Orihime (BLEACH). I WILL make them powerful whether it would be in the beginning or gradually making them powerful, so get used to it. If I make a grammatical error, I would like it very much for it to be pointed out, or if there was someway I could have made my story or oneshot better. It will be very appreciated.

FLAMES: I'm sorry, but I laugh at these fruitless attempts at making authors stop writing. It just FIRES ME UP to write some more! HAHAHA!
