Author has written 8 stories for Yu Yu Hakusho, Yu-Gi-Oh, Naruto, and One Piece.

Apologies to those who are reading some of my current stories, I apologize for the lack of updates. It is from lack of inspiration for them. On the other hand, I'm getting plenty of inspiration for NEW stories... Yeah... I apologize.

ATTENTION! I would like to bring up my policy about using foreign languages in my writing. Just to let you know, I've been an English speaker since I learned how to talk. The only other language I could possibly be able to write fanfiction in is French, and I'm not quite to that level just yet. When reading fanfics for different animes, I notice differing approaches. One that uses no language other than English, one that sporadically uses Japanese, and ones that will put entire phrases in there. I ONLY support using the third one in fanfiction if the person speaking a language no one else understands/different from what everyone else is speaking. If the writer uses the language just for the heck of it, I feel that it breaks the flow of what was written and it isn't a very good technique. In certain cases(like Naruto fanfiction), I will use titles and suffixes in the original language because, one, it has a different impact, and, two, in certain cases, how people address each other is an important factor to their personality that would be missing if left out. Since I have very little knowledge about any language other than English and French, if I have a character speak in a different language that the others, I will most often use italics to indicate that the language is different from the normal and inform the reader what language was being spoken in the text before or after the sentence. I like to be as correct as I can, so I am not overly fond of using online translators like babelfish or something similar because they're not perfect and anyone who actually knows the language will either shake their heads in shame or want to slap you silly. If you can't look at it and understand what it means without having to look it up, you probably shouldn't be writing it.

Basically, if everyone in the fanfic speaks the same language, don't just use another language without any reason other than you can.

Something I've seen a lot is when a writer is describing their OC and uses the word 'normal' to describe them. ... 'Normal' doesn't give any information. 'Normal' is relative. 'Normal' shouldn't be how you describe someone your audience is seeing for the first time. I HATE seeing this when writers are describing their characters! Gah! Pet peeves! Use real descriptions, for the love of all things literary! If you're going to use 'normal', it'd better be something like 'it's normal for Saiyans to have monkey tails'.
