Author has written 16 stories for Harry Potter, Warriors, Slayers, and Digimon. Last profile update: February, 2010 Hoo boy, it's been a looooong time since I've updated this profile, hasn't it? In fact, it's been a long time since I was really active in fanfiction community, period. A couple of years, actually. For a while in 2007, I was churning out new Slayers stuff, like once a month. Now, though, most of my inspiration for Slayers art and fanfics seems to have been exhausted, though I'm still pretty active in the fandom (mostly on theslayers LiveJournal community, and less frequently on KanzakaDex). This doesn't mean I haven't been doing fanfiction at all. My current project, Tamers War, was in the works for well over a year before I finally posted the first chapter last week. I got a say, I'm a little nervous about about. I have never taken on any thing this colossal in size. Before Tamers War, my longest fic ever was Journeys, about 27,752 words long. My only other fic to exceed 10,000 words was Spirit Crossing, which was 15,286 words long. When I did a word count on the Word Document with everything I've written so far for Tamers War (including a lot that's not on ff.net yet), it counted over 50,000 words. Ack. And I haven't even gotten to the fic's half way point. I've only made about four attempts at long, not-silly-comedy fics: If At First You Don't Succeed, Shadow Ascension, Spirit Crossing, and Journeys. That last one is the only one I've actually finished (and even then, I've always felt like I ended simply so I could say I'd finished something that was longer than 5 chapters). Like 99.95 of fanfiction writers, I don't have a good track record on finishing what I started I'm worried I won't be able to finish it. I just barely have the story's first half planned out in my head, and there are still a lot of details I need to work out. Same goes for a lot of the villain's backstory and motivations. I have absolutely no idea at all what I'm going to do for the second half. I'll be really bummed if I can't finish it, because I'll feel like all this time will have been wasted.
