It’s a new year, so it’s time for a new Phoenix!

I have been away from this account since May 17, 2008, the last story that I posted was California Sky, an Evo story, something that I thought was going to be my last story, but this is not my goodbye message, this is my hello message. I’m coming back! This started on March 20, 2009 when I posted my first story in almost a year: a High School Musical story called In a Glass Cage. And then I struck back on April 20, 2009 with a Camp Rock story called One Song Glory. And then when I turned twenty on May 7, 2009, I did it again with Chemistry of a Car Crash, another High School Musical Story.

Of course there are some changes mostly on I am a Phoenix! I wrote that story when I was fifteen, four years ago, and I was a weak person for giving up because of flames, I was young and I have grown since then, to be on ff.net I realize that you need thick skin as there is always someone on the site that has something to say about what you put out. I’ve got alligator skin now! I am a Phoenix! will most likely never be redone as I have totally lost interest in Full Metal Alchemist after re-watching the anime and not seeing what I saw in the first run. There may be a day when it’s redone, but I think that you should wait for the moon to turn bright violet before that happens.

As for X-Men Evolution, there are glitters of ideas for that show as I re-watched that show and saw exactly what I had seen in the first place, it’s an amazing show, something that everyone should have a chance to watch. There is a chance you will see more Evo stories.

What I’m most likely going to post soon are these main fandoms:

Camp Rock, I wasn’t a fan of the movie, but I thought that some of the characters were good ideas, they just weren’t executed right, and it turned into a Camp and High School Musical rip-off.

High School Musical, I have to say that these movies are my guilty pleasure, they were original, the songs were well executed, and the characters were being themselves and not trying to be characters in another movie.

Chronicles of Narnia (the movieverse and the bookverse.) I read the books, I LOVE the books, but there was just something about this movie that made me like it (even though the book was almost completly thrown out of the making.) I will follow the movie in this.

I have been juggling school and work for the past month, but now I might have a little more free time as everything starts to cool off. I'm working on the next chapters for all of my recently posted stories, so look forward to those. I already posted the next one for One Song Glory.

(Tentative: this monster started out as a Caspian/Peter, then I realized as I thought more about it that Peter is only in like 45 percent of my idea. This is not only going to take forever to sort out, but it's going to take so much skill to shorten it down to NOT War and Peace length, this is on the back burner.) Draco x Hermione (He wanted her dead in the Chamber of Secrets, he hates Mudbloods (or if you want the PC term Muggle-Borns), and she punched him in the face earlier. This is destructive and unless they both become self-hating and Malfoy relinquishes all rights to be a pure-blood supremecist this could never happen.)
Harry x Ginny (It's like a grilled cheese sandwich. It's cheesy as hell and it is so cookie cutter. Main Character/Best Mate's Sister, anyone else sick of that?)
Harry x Cho (Cho needs help in general. She's all over Harry, then she's all over Cedric, then Cedric dies and she's all over Harry again. The girl needs to calm down and make up her mind. Clearly she's unstable.)
Harry x Hermione (Hermione goes with Ron, end of story.)
Draco/Harry (These guys hate each other, fully. It's not like the Weasley/Malfoy feuds, there's not that dash of sexual tension. It's full blown hatred.)

Profile Contradiction: This has to be said. I have always seen myself as someone who was against Father/Child relationships, no matter what. I thought they were gross and unconventional. Harry Potter contains one contradiction to the rule. This is the only fandom where I have found a non-canonical (even though it's so canon) Father/Child pairing that actually works even in my eyes. This pairing is Lucius/Draco. It makes sense, it's so obviously there, and there's no escaping that it's not that bad. I can't actually believe I wrote that.

With that said Arthur/Any Weasley Child is disgusting and has no back-up not to mention is something I don't approve of.

TV Shows

House, M.D. (Will never ever ever ever ever ever EVER write anything for this, but I do enjoy reading it from time to time, even though the show is dead to me.)

Favorite Pairings: Hilson and Chameron

Pairings I can't stand!:

Foreteen (This pairing makes me want to kill somebody, and I'm usually a calm person. It came out of nowhere. It makes no sense. I hate it!)
House x Amber (The last couple of episodes of House's 5th Season made me want to puke. Whenever these two are on screen together with that annoying sexual tension it makes me want to die!)
Wilson x Amber (They don't click. I didn't get it. And not to mention when she died she almost ruined Wilson for me who is my favorite character.)
Thutner (Rubs me the wrong way.)
Hameron (The stupidest pairing I have ever seen.)
House x Stacy (Scratch that last. This is the stupidest pairing I have ever seen.)

Video Games

Kingdom Hearts (I probably won't write anything for this. As of now I don't have any inspiration for it.)

Sora x Kairi (This is the stereotypical overdone principal pairing, and it's just so sweet that it makes me ill.)

Drakengard (Haven't played the game in ages, so probably won't write anything. I don't really have any ideas for it.)

Caim x Furiae (It's probably the only brother sister pairing I don't like. I just don't think they're compatible.)

Pairing Rant: Foreteen (House, M.D.)

Okay, I usually don't do this, but desperate times call for desperate measures. Foreteen has been called a hate it or love it thing: well I hate it! Foreteen is devastating, it came by surprise and it destroyed the whole show for me. I was just starting to give it another chance after it really messed up by putting in those new doctors, but now this is the last straw! It makes no sense for it to exist, it doesn't benefit anything and it'll only end in ruin and the show will eventually get cancelled. Talk about jumping a shark!

And as of now they still live! And it's starting to get OLD!

Second Pairing Rant: Jartha (High School Musical)

Jartha, Jartha, Jartha. There is absolutely nothing good about Jartha. This may be because I dislike Martha's character. I don't hate fat people, so it's not that. I don't hate smart people, a live in a house full of smart people (except really my mom.) She just never rubbed me the right way. And in the third movie they transformed her into something she wasn't. The beauty of Martha was that she was a brainiac that loved to dance, not that she was a cheerleader. I know fat people can be cheerleaders as well as smart people, but Martha just didn't seem like the type to become one. I think it was a ploy to make her cooler. Another way they wanted to make her cooler was for her to hook up with Jason Cross the definition of idiot basketball player. When you see the two of them together it just doesn't do anything for me, it just seems like Martha and Jason talking to one another. Kelsi and Jason didn't have to say anything and you automatically knew that the two of them had feelings for each other.

Jartha is forced and was only created to justify Ryelsi (not even worth a rant!).

Random Rants

If anyone is reading this profile and watches House, maybe they can feel my pain. Why the hell did they kill Kutner? He wasn't hurting anything! His death isn't going to do anything! All it did was help me confirm this is my last season of House. I have effectively as of April 6, 2009 now decided that House is just another cheap rip-off of Grey's Anatomy, another show I hate. But House is worse, at least Grey's Anatomy not pretending to be a soap opera. It has nothing there for me anymore. I wash my hands of it.

More on House, M.D.: I know that Kal Penn has a job at the White House now, I'm not stupid. But the way that they killed him off was just kind of hollow to me. I didn't really feel any emotion because I was trying to understand why everyone was acting the way they did. The only one I understood was Taub. Another thing is the aftermath. Why is everyone changing the way they lived because someone died, not of cancer or in a car accident, because he shot his farking brains out! I almost walked out of the room last week (I want to finish the season) but all of the Chase x Cameron bits made me remember why I fell in love with House. Then literally in the last two minutes they brought Amber back.

Now I could go on a 500 page rant about Amber, but for time reasons I'll abridge it: she really sucks and I'd say I hopes she dies, but she already did... so why is she back? It was a really great way to close off her character: she died. I will have a waste basket next to me in two weeks in case I vomit and Martel on the other side so we can tear the show apart like angry wolves. I look forward to the next episode!

This week (4/27 otherwise known as William Moseley's birthday) I almost put myself into a "Jarhead coma" during House. For those who don't know what that means, a "Jarhead coma" is something that I invented when I watched the movie Jarhead. The movie was so bad, I forced myself to fall asleep, it was exactly like that with House. It was the slowest hour of my life and just when I thought that it was all over, Amber is still there. Not to mention there was no patient time whatsoever, no story, no nothing, I almost forgot they had a patient. And next week it gets worse: House is going to nail Cuddy. I want to pull all of my hair out and shove it in my eye sockets, it's that bad!

On the other hand, I have grown to understand something that I had thought that I had hated. OH MY GOD! After years of trashing and thrashing Harry Potter I finally understand it. Maybe this is because Martel had me on the couch all weekend watching Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix to no end, and like an idiot I went through with it and enjoyed it (damn her!). I thought I was going to have a stroke! Do I understand the appeal of these movies that I once thought were stupid, along with the plotline of these books that I also thought were stupid (didn't get past the third book)? Shockingly yes. Will I ever write anything for it? No way in HELL!

It's funny how the tables have turned.

Another thing I must bring up is my views on OCs (original characters for you who don't know.) I feel that they are only used for two reason. One: to kill off in place of canon characters. And two: to help the plot move along. The second one is to avoid bending characters too far from their original actions (even though I don't give a damn about OOC.) These will be the only reason I will ever use OCs, not to bash canon pairings becuase I can't stand them together, that is just not my style.

Obsession(s) of the Moment:

Trad (High School Musical) Corbin and Zac nailed it when they put a lot of tension between these two, these are friends who are now divided because of Troy wanting to be with Gabriella. It’s a really tragic tale, something that Corbin Bleu demonstrates very well which helped fuel my thoughts of their very torrid hot romance :3 ! (This is also so much fun to make dark as it is mostly one-sided in the movies.)

Peter x Susan(Chronicles of Narnia) Ever since I was a kid I always thought that Peter and Susan would make a good couple, so when I grew older and saw the movies I was tickled pink to see the way the William Moseley and Anna Popplewell interacted with each other. I know that they are related and that's "gross" but somehow I think that it's a really great pairing. This is an old favorite of mine that I recently gotten back into.

Smaller Obsession(s):

Tristan/Joey (Yu-Gi-Oh!) These two when they are on the screen together are just so perfect for one another. They are like the Id (Joey) and the Ego (Tristan), the Id doesn’t think, just wants and the Ego thinks before anything happens. This was something so phenomenally done and it really kept me watching that HORRIBLE English dub. Their emotions for each other helped fuel my thoughts of their very torrid hot romance :3 !

Peter/Caspian (Chronicles of Narnia) I have re-watched Prince Caspian over and over again (maybe a little too much) and I have to say that William Moseley and Ben Barnes had really great chemistry, something that I have been waiting eons for in a fantasy movie. The tension between them was so thick that it suffocated you, and at the end when Peter hands Caspian his sword when they make eye contact it really showed that those men really worked well together, which helped fuel my thoughts of their very torrid hot romance :3 !

I would also like to shout out to my sister Martel29655! Congrats for getting out of your writer’s block, it inspired me to get my act together!
