Hey, I answer to more names, nicknames, and pseudonyms than most people can remember, but Ali and Sahara are usually the easiest to remember (I try to provide some variety, so take your pick). I’m boring, but I have an obsession with reading biographies, so I feel obliged to have one of my own. It’s an organized mess, like most of my life.

Fandom and What-Not: I read more fanfiction than I write, but I’ve plenty of original fiction banging about on the ‘Net (and my hard drive). Mostly, I write Sailormoon fanfiction and occasionally Inuyasha, but I’ll dabble in Teen Titans, Naruto, and Witch Hunter Robin, if I’m inspired. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you feel about my writing;), I can’t write for some of my favourite series (Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, xxxHoLiC, Prince of Tennis, Bleach, Ouran High School Host Club, and so on) because I haven’t finished reading or watching them, but I’ll get there.

Darien ends his relationship with Serena in an effort to protect her. In tear-blinded anguish Serena runs from him. She doesn't even see the car as it collides with her, barely feels the pain in the face of her heartbroken misery. It doesn't kill her, but she loses her memory. Broken hearts, the Dark Kingdom, and a guilt-ridden Darien as he watches, waits, and prays for her recovery.

Tears of the Sun

Every night she dreamed beautiful dreams with macabre ends, always watching him die. So, she left him, to protect him. She didn't completely realize that he was dying anyway; from the inside out, even though she was suffering the same way.

This could be considered a companion piece to 'Shards of the Moon', if only because it is based around the Season R breakup.
