Author has written 23 stories for Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Early Edition, and Buffy X-overs. I've been doing this a year now, so I decided to re-vamp (no pun intended) my profile. Obviously (to anyone who has read any of my stuff) I write in two different verses, Buffy and Early Edition. Don't ask me why, those just happen to be the worlds I like to play in. I enjoy crossovers, but they have to make sense, rather than just sticking random characters together because 'Plot Device Man decrees it to be so'. I am a romantic at heart, so all of my stories will have a bit of romance in them, after all, love does make the world go 'round. I also seem to like stringing stories together, which is something that surprised even me, but there you go. Right now I'm working on The Denver Edition in the Early Edition verse, but I do plan to go back and follow up Answers and Questions with a story that goes from the engagement to the wedding. In the Buffyverse I'm wanting to re-write The Seraph (the first in my Ian/Dawn stories). I love the story, but it was the first one that I ever did, and I feel like I have more to say with it. I also have planned a Xandercentric story that deviates during season three. Other than that I'm pretty much the same, very eclectic in my tastes (my CD's run the gammut from NWA to Mozart to The Doors), I read constantly (much to my wife's annoyance) and just try to live my life. I enjoy writing fan-fic because it gives me an opportunity to look at familiar characters in a new way, and see what they have to tell me. I love it when a story turns out differently than I expect it to (especially when it's me writing it), and I love the way that other people show me the same character, but from thier points of view. Anyway as a wise man once said "it is the tale, not he who tells it", so I'll shut up now and let you, gentle reader, get to the serious business of reading. | |||||||
