Hi people _ Welcome to October Road's profile. I haven't posted any of my work yet, because if I did, updates would take forever (I'm too busy to keep up with writing) But even though I don't have any stories of my own, I can't get enough of fanfiction in general.

I'm actually a pretty picky reader... I like when people can create plots that no ones else has but you'll also need: a great writing style, attention to character detail, a nicely paced plotline, and a decent amount of angst AND humor.

Didn't I just make myself sound like a total jerk? Eck...

I really and truly believe that in order to enjoy life you have to realize that everything in your life was given to you (including your life itself),

the simplest things are what make life worth living (Cookies and milk, ice cream when it snows),

and to be socially tolerable - learn the difference between giving an opinion and shoving one down someone's throat...

I would like to thank the authors that take their precious time to reply to my reviews - I respect you for that consideration and for authors that withhold the constant use of the word "fuck" which honestly does not need to appear in every other sentence.

SO... WHO AM I?

Me? Well...

I'm a 19 year-old female and adament Jesus Freak. I'm just trying to get through life in the best way I can.

I love working with teens - especially retreats and camp outs :)

I enjoy being busy almost CONSTANTLY, if not, I get this really anonying feeling that I'm wasting my life with doing nothing...

I like to try just about everything...
I've done a little bit of (it's been years for some of these):
Irish dancing and bell chior, jazz dancing, horseback riding, archery, karate, guitar, venture crew, rock climbing, float trips

I've done a good bit of:
Girl Scouts, Anime Club, Youth Group, Writing, Photography, Leading and/or staffing retreats

Goals in my life that I've accomplished:
Giving a talk at a retreat
Leaving the Country
Playing an instrument

What I'd like to do with my life that I haven't:
Visit a third world country
Publish some of my work (outside of school publications)
Go on a mission trip outside the U.S.
Teach PSR or a religious class
Complete a Minor in Spanish
Learn Japanese
