Well, hello person who likes to read people's profiles. Being a member for a little over two years now, I thought it was time for an almost-total makeover...because I had a harder time starting from scratch. Well...it was easier the first time I attempted this...the freaking crap-for-crap system logged me out before I could save everything...(-grumbles up a storm-)
Name: Eh, just call me Titan. Lame, I know, but it was originally lame.
Eyes: Blue/green/grey in color. They have these star-looking designs in them that one girl thought was tattoos...she still does, as far as I know...
Hair: When it doesn't see sun (and I mean absolutely no sun...), it's a mousy brown. It gets lightened to blond, though. Currently trying to grow it out for charity, I've had it short for roughly 5 and a half years now.
Height: Around 5'5"-6"
Fanfictions I'm writing about:
Inuyasha--my first thing posted. It's horrible--no plot, incredibly cheesy, etc. Inuyasha, however, has thousands of fanfics, so it at least goes unnoticed...I don't know if I'll continue or delete it...
Hellboy--love the movie, can't write about it for beans. I had a pretty good idea, but no plot to speak of. I have an idea of where I want to take it now, if I had time and the ability to write it well...
Phantom of the Opera--a random poem I decided to write when playing with rhyming patterns. It's not very good...I have another idea for PotO, if I ever get around to writing, editing, and posting... ;)
Star Wars--I had a pretty good story idea for this one, and it's going decently, I guess. I have yet to have an overall plan, but I'm working on it...
The Matrix--Set in New York, though apparently the movies were in Chicago. I like this idea pretty well. It's a Twinfic, really, with an OC-One pairing (all the Twinfic pairings I've seen are with Two...it's only fair One should get some too. ;) )
Avatar Last Airbender--This was just a songfic, and I think I like it pretty well. I might do more, I don't know...
Twilight--I ADORE this book! You need to read it. I'm pretty proud of this poem (considering I don't think I can write poetry that well), and I might do another series of poems; I have a few others written down. I have a short story on the way too...hooray!
Likes/Interests/Hobbies: First of all, I LOVE music. I can't go a day without listening to some! Some bands/singers I like are Muse, My Chemical Romance, Goo Goo Dolls, AFI, Evanescence, The Offspring, The Police, The Clash, The Cure, Porcupine Tree, Billy Talent, Billy Idol, The Adicts, The Killers, White Stripes, Fallout Boy, Frank Sinatra, Green Day, Ok Go, H.I.M, 3 Doors Down, Rammstein's "Ohne Dich"--beautiful!, The Fray, some Linkin Park, and a bunch of other stuff. Some musicals, instrumentalists and soundtracks I like include Pirates 1 and 2 (I can listen to the whole of the second soundtrack more than the first), almost anything Tim Burton/Danny Elfman, Bond, William Joseph, Buffy the Vampire Slayer's musical "Once More With Feeling", Phantom of the Opera (I prefer the movie cast over the Broadway...Michael/Sarah fans, please don't hurt me...), Beauty and the Beast (Disney and OBC), Wicked OBC, The Secret Garden OBC, Spamalot, etc.
Other stuff: the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer, The Mediator series by Meg Cabot, Maximum Ride series by James Patterson, Vampire Kisses series by Ellen Schreiber, Inheiritance trilogy by Christopher Paolini, Harry Potter (of course...I definitely like the books much better than the movies, though), Uglies trilogy by Scott Westerfeld, comic-based movies (X-men, Spiderman, Hellboy, V for Vendetta, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Batman, Fantastic 4, etc...), Star Wars (both trilogies!), Buffy the Vampire Slayer (tv series...the movie was bad) and Angel, Loony Toons, Micky Mouse cartoons (only the classics...that new kiddie stuff is crap), Mel Brooks movies, anything to do with improvisation, acting (except I'm BAD...I'm mostly sticking to costumes and makeup for now...), etc.
Hobbies include: playing my guitars, bass guitar, and violin (all of which are named after the Cullen guys from Stephenie Meyer's Twilight), playing soccer (I'm a total defense player--sweeper and goalie!), drawing (slowly but surely getting better when I don't have artists' block), writing (of course...I don't do it as much as I'd like though...), participating in drama (though it's quite time-consuming... ;) ), etc! Wow, that was long... n_n"
Dislikes: Ignorant people, people who have no idea what's going on around them (I bet there are people in America who don't know who's in office...and I'm not talking about children), people who make themselves fit in, most hip-hop and rap (you can't spell CRAP without RAP), those teenager-brainwash stores like Abercrombie (with or without Fitch...), Bebe, American Eagle, etc. (those places where you can bet a 40-dollar generic t-shirt with a thickness rivaling drier lint and made by, as my friend says, the bleeding fingers of Malaysian children), Wal-Mart (they break pretty much every Union law in the book...not that they have Unions or anything...plus, as I've heard, the floors smell like McDonald's grease), reality show "stars", Spandex, peep-toe heels (when middle aged women try to wear them to look young, it just makes them older and gives them bunions), people who spend obscene amounts on clothes (I'm a Bargain Basement shopper... ;D ), has-beens (or never-beens...) who think they're celebrities, teenage girls who believe their very existence depends on their being in a relationship, patent leather (except on Doc Martins...), MySpace (I'm going to make people angry with this one...but explain to yourself: what purpose does MySpace really serve? Try to answer that without saying "for friends", because you already KNOW your friends and shouldn't have to post your personal conversations or woes for all to see.), and I'm sure there's more...
I should put this in here, too: A BIG (huge, gi-normous, colossal...) THANKS TO ALL MY CONSISTANT REVIEWERS! I LOVE YOU GUYS! -hugs-
M'kay...If you've been tipped off by the bold-faced stuff up there, I reall appreciate reviews. Good or bad, it doesn't really matter to me. That is, unless you're just reviewing to say how horrible something is. Don't waste your precious time making yourself read something you hate just so you could tell me how much you hated it. I'll just laugh at you. However, I take constructive criticism to heart and put it to good use.
So...that's pretty much it. I'll post some links to cool sites, so check back every now and then! Have a great one!
