Author has written 12 stories for Fatal Frame, Elfen Lied, Dead or Alive, Evangelion, Vampire Knight, Hellsing, F.E.A.R., and Legend of Zelda. Welcome To My Domain... This is the lonely part of space that I reside in, along with the rest of us authors... I'll be frank when I say that I'm no one-hit wonder... or an overnight sensation that skyrockets into fame because he/she gets something right the first time. I am simply what I am: Me. With that in mind, I don't go around strutting my stuff thinking that I'm the shit because I get several dozen reviews on a single chapter; there is always someone else out there that can be better than you... Somehow, over the years I've established a writing style and critique that makes me stand out from the crowd, and I strive for originality, as well as emotion. To me, the latter of the two is quinessential to success. There really is no point in writing about romance, comedy, or angst if you can't feel anything from the words one uses. So, to all you out there, (noobs and veterans alike) remember this the next time you start a new story: What do you want to write the most? Something that appeals to them... or yourself? Fanfic Updates: I'm going to get very serious about updating only a few fanfics at a time from now on, seeing as how I end taking half a year to get some of these stories rolling again. I've found that people don't stick around to read if you don't update on a weekly-to-monthly basis... The two fanfics at the top of my list are Forbidden Fruit and 'Evac, especially the former now that I've competition sneaking up on me in the form of Promise On The Festival Night. The very first time I saw this vid, I nearly shat myself from astonishment. Final Fantasy x Dead Or Alive girls; can somebody say... fucking ownage!? LOL. No wonder Square Enix was trying to buy over Tecmo--becasue Monty Oum made them want to! As a result, I am seriously thinking of having a crossover of sorts based upon this series. Though where and how it should begin, is really anyone's guess... Nevertheless, expect to see something in the near future. I've been cooking up a Kasumi fanfic, inspired by Tycho's Ninja Gaiden Kobito over on AFF.net, to compete with his. Obviously, it'll be harem, but not in the same fashion one might think. For example, I won't have insanely odd pairings like Jahn Lee x Kasumi, or, heaven forbid, Gen Fu x Kasumi thrown in just for the sake of making it harem. It will be more complex than that; Ryu x Kasumi being an exception. Mostly though, everyone's favorite DOA lady will be... (ehem) in for the ride of her life. | |||||||||
