I am a HUGE JOTT fan. (For those of you who don't know, that's Jean and Scott from the X-Men).I'm also a HUGE CxC supporter (again, Cornelia and Caleb from W.I.T.C.H.). In regards to Twilight, I ship EdwardxBella (because I want Jake for myself :D)
About the Name:
The origin of the name 'strayphoenix' is this: As most people do, I have an alter-me. She's a mutant (Mary-Sue I might add) that lives in the X-Men universe by the name of Stray. Cat humanoid, looks like me, Scott's adoptive sister and host to a cosmic entity similar to the Phoenix. Fun stuff, you should check out my brain one day. Anyway, 'stray' was taken so I went with my two favorite X-Men combined and henceforth developed 'strayphoenix'. As an after thought, it also plays into the concept of Jean as the 'Rouge Phoenix' and it still allowed me to sign my reviews as 'stray' :)
Favorites:
Officially, I have two favorite books, both tied in first place :). They are "A Ring of Endless Light" by Madeline L'Engle and "The Dream Thief" by Shana Abe. I HIGHLY recommend them both. "Wuthering High" and its sequels, "The Scarlet Letterman" and "Moby Clique", by Cara Lockwood come at a close second. Again, highly recommended for all fanfiction authors who want to consider writing. "Twilight", "New Moon", "Eclipse" and whatever else Stephanie Meyer comes up with are up here too. The Harry Potter series is a given. Finally, I must say I'm a Gallager Girl too and love the world Ally Carter has come up with!
My favorite X-man of all time is Phoenix. I hate Emma. (srry Emma fans...if there are any) My second favorite X-Man is X-23 and my third is Cyclops. Favorite W.I.T.C.H. characters in order are Cornelia, Caleb, and Will. Twilight: (besides Edward and Bella) Jacob, Jasper and Angela.
My favorite things of all time are: doing anything related to my fanfic categories, Runaways, Wicked the book as well as the musical,writing fanfiction, and anything and everything that Joss Whedon has done, is doing, and will ever do.

The Awesome koolkame and I have an interesting sort of "OC Exchange Program" going on where original characters from our stories intermingle in both his works and mine. Vernacula and Valin (both from 'Vernacula') will be chilling out in his DJINN:The Way to Home and 'Dark Gossamer Wings'. His sexy, beautiful, and deadly Belantha (from 'Dark Goassamer Wings') will weave her way further into Vernacula soon. Check it out. For realz.
Also, for anyone who has ever seen the Hayao Miyazaki movie "Spirited Away", my good friend Kikyo-Pyroana-Sulane is writing a wonderful sequel to the movie that I'm beta-ing for her. In total honesty, I don't think Miyazaki could have done a sequel better himself :D. Check out Reign_of_the_Elements for the return of Chihiro and the spirit gang as well as some fresh new faces.
I'd just like to make a few statements on the WITCH franshise: I'm as die hard a Caleb/Cornelia fan as I am a Scott/Jean one! I've read books 1-26 and have seen the entire TV series. Will/Caleb makes my heart bleed just as badly as Scott/Emma and Hay Lin belongs with Eric and no one else! Will and Matt make a cute couple in the books and in my opinion, Irma and Taranee are up for grabs. Aldarn/Cornelia is intriguing and Elyon/Cedric is just weird (she's underage! AND he's an evil snake thing!) Magneto is worse of a villian than Phobos but he's still pretty manancing. Cedric looks sexy in human form but his snake transformation in the series in just freaky. Lastly, I think that the whole part in every TV episode where the girls go Guardian and call out their powers takes FOREVER.
Also, I would just like to comment on my feelings on next generation Guardian stories in general:
1. It is illogical to think that all five WITCH girls will have daughters
2. It is illogical to think that all five WITCH girls will have kids at all
3. It is also illogical to think that all five WITCH girls 15-20 years into the future will marry boyfriends they had when they were twelve and thirteen
4. It is illogical to think that all five WITCH girls will get married at all
5. It is illogical to think that all five next generation Guardians will have any relationship at all with WITCH
(that was the case with CHYKN with the exception of Yan Lin)
6. It is illogical to think that all five next generation Guardians will even be from Earth. There are infinite dimensions (Ex. Orube)
7. (sigh) However, since this is a fictional cartoon and next generation stories are fictions based on these fictional cartoons, logic really has no play in it at all and you can do whatever the hell you want. This is probably just me :P
8. If your looking for good ones though, ‘Guardians of Eos’, ‘POWER’, and ‘DJINN: The Way to Home’ are exceptional in addition to my own, ‘Eclipse of the Heart’.
