My Favourite Ships at the moment are;

Draco/Harry...I am an unashamed fan.

I occassionally read Harry/Severus and other slash pairings too.

James/Lily...this is one of my favourites, I guess this is because you know that they will get together eventually even if they argue. Though I have found that I have lost my interest in this ship recently in favour of D/H slash fics.

I'm sure you have guessed by now that my favourite genre is romance, but I like mystery and angst too as long as there is a happy ending...well most of the time...because I really am an old romantic at heart

I dont mind reading AU stories My favourite AU at the moment being Draco's Boy by Empathic Siren))( : and technically thats is what every fic is cos even if you stick to cannon when the books have all come out most of the fics will be shown as being AU but we can dream : ) and I believe every author has a right to use their imagination and come up with their own stories as long as they use tact if dealing with sensitive subjects.

I am working on a few new fics but will not post them till they are complete.

Oneshots:

I have written a oneshot which is DMHG and is called A Solemn Joke. It is allaboutromantic goodness, yay so fluffy. Anyway...sorry for scaring you there but whatever.

I have also written a DMHG fic called Hush. It's a bit sad so you've warned.

Unfinished Fics

Chaptered:

Summer In Albania and it's Sequel Mistaken Identity are on indefinite haitus. My muse ran away screaming once it discovered slash. I might finish them someday but I can't make myself take them down. I have plans and bits and pieces of the stories written and planned out butI can't bring myself to write it - I am sorry to all the people who did like it and are still waiting for an update. Thank you all for reading. My writing style and my interests have changed and hopefully you will read one of my other fics and not hate me.

NOTE: I just read through the first two chapters of M.I and I was embarrassed for myself. I hate the first paragraph of the first chapter, and it didn't get any better from there onwards either. I couldn't even bring myself to finish the second chapter. This of course means I will most likely be dragging the entire plot through a review and rewriting the first four chapters. I do believe my writing style may have changed, but not so drastically that it as become unrecognisable. Well that is what I wanted to say for now. For heaven's sake I spelled Crabbe as Crabby and I think that says it all.

NOTE:

I am writing a new fic that will take place in the summer between sixth and seventh year so any fans of MI will have to wait ( : SORRY : ) I am going to use MI as a Sequel to the new story...don't worry it will make sense, I just didn't feel comfortable ignoring HBP so I had to incorporate it somehow. MI will only start up again after the new story is finished.

NEW NOTE: (18/02/2006)

I am going to admit to myself that my writers block concerning DM/HG doesn't look like it will change anytime soon. I have enjoyed lots of the stories I've read and written in that pairing but it just doesn't inspire me anymore.

I'm writing a slash fic at the moment and I will post it once it is finished seeing as I don't want to lose interest in it while I am writing and leave you all waiting as I did with the other fics.

I am also extremly busy at the moment as I'm studying for my ASs and will be getting a job soon. I don't want to leave people hanging and I will update the on haitus stories if my writers block vanishes. I am sorry.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (SPOILER)

The last stanza of a poem called How Dumb Were You? by duj sums up some of my thoughts on book six

Dumbledore, Dumbledore,were you so dumb
Or else so clear-headed you knew what must come?
You named your successor and died for him too;
Will Harry be ever as clever as you?

Actually the whole thing is very well written and I suggest that you go and read it.

I hated Snape straight after finishing the book but when I thought about it I realised Dumbledore is known for saying that there are worse things than death, therefore I doubt he would have begged Snape to save his life, in fact in retrospect it looks like a plea to take his life.

Book 6 was thoroughly disjointed and I think there was a reason for that. JK is showing us that Harry is quite alone and even with Hermione and Ron at his side now Dumbledore's death like Sirius' shows that everyone is expendable. HBP takes away the world we know and breaks it down. Things that are usually mentioned are just ignored and it all adds to the overall effect.

Another Masterpiece if you look at it in the right light.
