Author has written 8 stories for Kung Fu: The Legend Continues, Ayashi no Ceres, Breakfast Club, Lunar: Silver Star, Due South, and NANA. I'm one of those pathetic individuals who never went to college, still lives in her childhood hometown, and still gets a kick out of rediscovering childhood favorites, such as the collection of Sailor Moon graphic novels that I lent to my best friend some years back and that she recently returned to me via mail. It was like...Christmas, man. Freaking Christmas! Btw, that handsome fella there is George, and he just happens to be the love of my life. Don't tell my boyfriend. I've been writing off and on since I was about 10 years old, maybe even younger. I love it, but it doesn't always love me back. I'm a big fan of Asian stuff like anime and folk tales, Asian art and language and landscape, so a little bit of that gets into my writing. I also love fantasy novels, so most (if not all) of my stories have some paranormal/supernatural/downright magical twist to them. Except maybe my Breakfast Club stuff. Maybe. 10-11-2010: Currently in the process of revamping and re-re-posting Better Hallway Vision. I am sad that I never finished it, I still have the rest of the plot in my head, and I'm going to try to move forward. I am going through and fixing mostly typographical errors in the existing chapters, but there are a few that will experience some major renovation. Then I will start posting new ones. I know it's been a long hiatus, but I am ready to get going again. Thanks to everyone who has read and reviewed it! I'll be getting more to you soon. Posted: Minerva's Box This is a Kung Fu: The Legend Continues fanfic about a young woman found by Peter Cain who has the Dragon and Tiger tattoos on her wrists, and she also just happens to be a Healer. She disappears. After a four-year search, he finds her again, except now she's a completely different person, her Healing ability gone. It's Peter's turn to do the Healing, with a little help from Pop. (Not as lemony as it sounds, and very dark.) Incomplete Heaven Reclaimed An Ayashi no Ceres fic, takes place after the series's end. I don't want to put too much of a summary because of the spoilers, but Yuhi tries to take care of Aya after an unimaginable loss. Lots of angst and romance and fun stuff like that. Incomplete. I'm going to try to update frequently, but the lack of interest in it makes me sad... : ( Hmm, it's hard to summarize without giving too much away. Better Hallway Vision:A Breakfast Club fic. I've got an idea that I haven't seen anyone else use yet, and I want to get it down before it shows up without me. Incomplete, and updates are pretty infrequent at the moment. Also subject to a bit of reconstruction every now and again. The Four Heroes A Lunar SSSC fic about Dyne and Co. Not a terribly original concept, but I like it so far. Wolves of a Feather Yay, I love Due South! So glad I found the series on DVD. I never even considered that I would! Anyway, this is about someone from Ben's childhood seeking him out for some assistance. It is set during the Kowalski era. Very incomplete, but still working on it... Nobu Loves Hachi A very short vignette set during the scene where Hachi is drawing Nobu a bath, at the end of the anime series. Complete. Coming soon: Escaflowne: Legend of the Fallen This is an Esca fic (obviously) that actually had a pretty good following when it was originally posted somewhere back in 2001. I co-wrote it with a friend of mine who has since given up on the idea. I'm editing what we have, and trying to finish the story. Going back through it, I notice a LOT of mistakes, and tons of awkwardness. But I also see the potential of it, and the fact that we had over a hundred positive reviews before we took it down makes me want to see how well it would be received today. Billy working title for a story I'm doing about Billy from Xenogears. Since I haven't as yet finished the game, I don't know what happens to him at the end, but I'm making up my own little story. I will try to finish the game before I post it so that I (hopefully) won't make any major blunders with the original plot. (It would suck if he died, huh?) Billy's trying to find his place in society and in his own family. He finds himself travelling to Nisan and having a little talk with Mother Marguerite as well as a Nisite novice who has a special sort of dislike for priests of the now-dead Ethos. Khalad working title; a story based on The Elenium and The Tamuli, both series by David and Leigh Eddings. Kurik was my favorite character from the Elenium, and his son Khalad is my favorite character from the Tamuli. Both wonderful characters, but Khalad's life is a bit too card-board-cut-outish for me. He needs more fleshing out. mwahahaha | |||||||
