Alright, I know it's been a while since I updated this thing. I've had exams and temporarily lost my muse for fanfic, but I'm back with a vengeance! I now have a banner for my story That was the first time, which is completed and just needs the last chapter adding. Also, I may actually get around to finishing the Betrayal sequel. It has 3 chapters written out of eight, so hopefully I should be able to get that done during the summer holidays. Anyway, hope everyone has a fun summer!

I have started on the sequel to Betrayal but I have exams until mid-January so that's on hold for now. 8 chapters are planned, not including a prologue which will be a repeat of the last chapter of Betrayal (just for any new readers I hope to gain). So, happy new year everyone! Have a great 2008!

The wireless is back! And the winners of my review competition for Betrayal are Beatrice Potter and UnexpectedInspiration, who both reviewed every single chapter. Congratulations on winning your very own (as yet unmade) banner for one of your stories! The final chapter will be posted sometime either today or tomorrow, hopefully. Although the christmas holidays are almost here, you wouldn't believe the amount of work the teachers are piling on. Anyone would think we had vital exams in January...

It's basically a small town RPG with three teenage gangs and characters who are slowly showing signs of developing strange abilities. It opened a few days ago so most of the main parts are still open for application. I'm Lindsay Symonds on there, but in the cbox I'm still Laura.

I'm deleting the 'Top 5 Fanfics' on my bio because I've read so many good ones since I first posted that it's impossible to keep it up to date.

Finally, I've seen a few votes on my poll, but it's a 4-way stalemate at the moment. It doesn't take long to vote!

Firstly, my wireless internet is playing up on my laptop, so I may have trouble posting as often as I'd like for Betrayal. I will make sure I have chapters all ready for you when I'm done, though!

Happy Bonfire Night, everybody! I hope any of my british readers who celerate it enjoy the fireworks. I certainly did! Anyway, news. I've recently gotten photoshop and have been making banners for some of my stories. I will put links to them below. None of the pictures belong to me - they are all from google images, or www.nowcasting.com.

I haven't been updating as quickly as I could be because I've joined a Harry Potter RPG (if you like roleplaying, come join us at http://www.ragedsyphers.proboards100.com - my characters are Caitlin Collins and Kerridon Paradox), and have quite a lot of schoolwork to do at the moment, but don't worry, I'm not going to abandon 'Betrayal'.

Also, as no one has protested, 'Turning to Shadow' and 'Immortal Magic' are scheduled to be deleted at the start of 2008.

IMPORTANT: I am planning to delete two of my earlier stories, 'Turning to Shadow' and 'Immortal Magic'. They aren't very good, contain mary-sues and I never finished them. In my humble opinion. However, authors have been known to be overly-critical of their own work, so if anyone objects to this then please let me know by christmas, via review or PM, and I will leave them be! After that, if anyone wants to read them then I may repost them, greatly edited.

Also, check out my new forum and poll - who would be the most popular among the opposite sex of the Harry Potter characters. I might eventually expand this to other books and TV shows if enough people like it (so vote vote vote!)
