A bit about myself:

'Ello there. I'm Writingcritter, as you could hopefully tell, but just call me Critter. It's just kind of easier that way.

I like all kinds of animals, even the bugs-except for silverfish which I hate with a passion- and I prefer dogs to cats.

My main fandom is Transformers, and it won't be switching to anything else soon. If I listed all my minor fandoms that I've been, and/or am currently still involved in, this page would probably double in size.

I have a deviantART page that I update somewhat frequently, and I may get a fiction press account which I'll link to when I get it.

(1/21/08) This place was getting dusty and was in great need of an update. I mean, the last one was not only in 2007, but all the way back in August.

So anyway, for those of you that are more familiar with my page, you may have noticed that I've taken down the few stories I had left up. For those of you who are new to my little corner of this site, I did have a couple stories posted before you got here. I'm not sorry you missed them because to be honest, they were complete crap. I've been told that I am a good writer, and perhaps I am. But those were definitely not an example of my current abilities (if I actually have any).

I've changed a lot since I started writing those first couple stories (which happened to be for the Warriors series, for you newcomers), and one of the things I've realized that writing a good fanfiction is very very hard. For me. I just can't write with someone else's characters the same way I can with my own.

I'm not giving up fanfiction though; I still love to read it. My posting of something new might still happen, if I'm inspired at the time, but it's just much less likely now.

For those of you who had read what I posted and enjoyed it and are sorry to see it gone, I apologize.

I supposed there's more I should say after not showing my face for over two months. You should go read the Coming Soon section, 'cause that'll have most of what I have to say. But as for the rest of it, I have two original stories that I've been really into, and I've been working on those a lot (In bits and pieces, as they come to mind. I have yet to get a full complete chapter) Then there's reading stuff which eats up my time like no other on this earth. (Except music. But I listen to that while I read, so they're almost the same thing to me). And then there's drawing, which distracts me almost as much as a good story will.

So I've been ...preoccupied (?) a lot. There's one fanfic that I just can't get out of my head! But I don't have enough of it written to post, so you won't see it just yet.

I've started re-writing RotBT. I have maybe...half of the first chapter finished?

But I'm really sorry for updating anything you guys. =(
