Author has written 26 stories for Harry Potter, Misc. Movies, Marion Zimmer Bradley, James Bond, Law and Order: CI, X-Men: The Movie, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, Batman Begins/Dark Knight, Bones, Indiana Jones, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians.

11/04/11 - Cloak and Dagger is now updated. Yay! I promise to do my very best not to keep you waiting for over four months next time.

Hi!

If you're reading this, that means that you've somehow stumbled onto my profile page. Hopefully, you're here because you've read some of my stories and you're curious to see who has written them.

Well, here I am. I'm a young woman, 23 years old, and as you can probably see from that little flag on the top of the page, I'm Norwegian. I'm a student, I study Library and Information Science in Oslo, the capital of Norway. I love to read, and my bookcase is testament to the fact that I'll read pretty much anything I can get my hands on.

I started reading fanfiction when I was about 15, and after reading for a couple of years I thought something along the lines of 'I think I'd like to give this a shot', and started writing my first story. That story was called "Enemies Until Death", and was a Harry Potter story spun around the cliche of both Severus Snape and Sirius Black having children. By no means an original plot idea, and in retrospect I'm not particularly proud of the story, but it got the ball rolling. In the beginning, I wrote strictly Harry Potter fanfics, but now I've started to broaden my horizons and gone into writing in other fandoms as well.

I'm currently writing my second Batman story based on Christopher Nolan's incredible universe, and I also have another Pirates of the Caribbean fic in the works, and I should have updated my LotR fic and probably several other stories as well. If you're wondering why I haven't updated a story, there are two main reasons. One is that I simply haven't had time or energy, because my real life sometimes demands more attention than my online one, two is that my focus has shifted to another fandom and that I'm extremely enthusiastic about whatever new project I'm working on. Don't worry though, I never delete stories from my computer, so there's always a chance that I'll take up something that I haven't focused on in a while.

I have an unknown (I honestly haven't bothered to count them) but quite large number of plots and stories I've barely started, but as my focus sometimes has to shift from writing to school (however much I wish it didn't have to), I don't know how many of those I'll eventually get around to writing, but they're there.

If you want to contact me, there should be both an e-mail address and the possibility of PM located at the top of this profile. I love feedback in all its shapes and forms, so if you have questions, suggestions, ideas, complaints, reviews...or anything else you feel the need to share with me, don't be afraid to contact me. Speaking of contact, when you read one of my stories you have the option to leave a review. I would be very grateful if you would take advantage of that option, because as I said, I love feedback on my stories. Of course I want people to like what I write, but I can take critisism, so by all means be honest. I'm hardly going to become a better writer if my reviewers lie about the quality of my stories, now am I? Be advised however, that I will ignore flames without a shred of regret.

Finally, I hope you enjoy my stories.

Smoke and Mirrors/Cloak and Dagger - The Cast List

I once swore that I'd never be one of those people who posted pictures of their characters on their profiles... Well, I guess promises are made to be broken, aren't they? So I've decided to post my 'cast list' for two of my Batman stories. I thought that some people might like to see which actors I can see portraying my characters, and if you're one of them, this list is for you. If you would rather keep imagining the characters on your own, then feel free to skip this part.

Oh, and the list is not complete, it may expand and change as I get new impulses and ideas. And if there is a spesific character that you'd like to see, let me know, and if I have a spesific image for him/her I'll try to add it to the list.

The List:

Bruce Wayne - Christian Bale http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/ChristianBale-BruceWayneI.jpg
Obviously, I don't think I would change it if I could

Constance Amelia 'Connie' Tate - Liv Tyler http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/LivTyler-ConnieTateII.jpg
I searched a long time to find anyone that fit my image of Connie, and for a while she was just a Frankenstein image of one person's lips, another's cheekbones, a third's eyes etc. But then, as I was surfing the web one night, I happened across an image of Liv Tyler and thought "Yes! There she is".

Moira Christine Tate (Connie's mom) - Olivia Williams http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/OliviaWilliams-MoiraChristineColton.jpg
Christine, Connie's mom hasn't really made any appearances in the series so far other than in the background, but I still thought it was important to have an image of her, as she's undoubtedly been a very important, very strong, influence on Connie growing up.

Aaron Tate (Connie's dad) - David Morrissey http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/DavidMorrisey-AaronTateII.jpg
Another character I wanted to have an image of, again because of his importance to Connie.

Eli Benjamin 'Ben' Tate (Connie's brother) - Liev Schreiber http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/LievSchreiber-EliBenjaminBenTateI.jpg
Ben is also a bit of a background figure, but he's been Connie's protector ever since their father died. Being ten years older than Connie he easily took on the role of over-protective older brother. He's married to Shannon and they have a daughter, Claudia.

Maria 'Mia' Murdoch (One of Connie's best friends) - Kristy Mitchell http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/KristyMitchell-MariaMiaMurdochI.jpg
The brilliance that is Mia Murdoch came about when I decided to thank my two real-life friends for their support by making Connie's friends their namesakes. Mia and Connie met during their college years, apparently in a ditch somewhere in Massachusetts, if Mia is to be believed. I haven't gotten Connie to reveal the details of that encounter to me just yet... I have a feeling she might be a little sketchy on the details herself.

Elizabeth Ripley (Another of Connie's closest friends) - Poppy Montgomery http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/PoppyMontgomery-ElizabethRipleyI.jpg
Making up the last bit of the trio, Elizabeth tries her best to be a voice of reason to Mia and Connie's crazy ideas. Usually she's unsuccessfull, but that doesn't stop her from trying.

Josephine 'Josie Mac' MacDonald - Mariska Hargitay http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/MariskaHargitay-JosephineJosieMacMa.jpg
A bit cliche, I know, seeing as M.H is perhaps best known for her role on Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, but I can definitely see her as Josie.

Georgina Reed - ? http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/OfficerGeorginaReedI.jpg
Sadly I have no idea who this woman is. I think I first came across her picture in a Norwegian clothing catalogue. But she looks exactly like I imagine Georgina. Georgina has got a pretty face, and some might not be able to see past that, but those who can will see that there is a nerve there and a toughness you perhaps would not expect.

Harvey Bullock - Ray Winestone http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/RayWinstone-HarveyBullock.jpg
I didn't decide on an actor for Bullock until recently. I checked some websites, and there seemed to be a lot of people who thought James Gandolfini would be perfect for the part. Needless to say, I don't agree. Ray Winestone on the other hand...

Edward Nashton/The Riddler - Keanu Reeves http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/KeanuReeves-EdwardNashtonakaTheRidd.jpg
No, I haven't been living in a cave for the past two years - I am aware of the Johnny Depp/David Tennant camps that have been popping up whenever the topic of casting the Riddler for a Nolan movie is brought up, and if the choice is only between those two I'm in the Tennant camp. But! I didn't want to use him for "my" Riddler, because...well because I picture him as a little too manic. I needed someone who would be able to pull off both E.N's obsessive nature, and look like a normal, good-looking guy, thus allowing him to move about in everyday life without incident when he needs to. And I think K.R could do that

Talia al Ghul - Jennifer Connelly http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/JenniferConnelly-TaliaI.jpg
The speculation of who'd possibly play Talia in a Nolan film has been going on pretty much since TDK came out. Personally, I can definitely see Jennifer Connelly in the part.

Floyd Lawton/Deadshot - Clive Owen http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/Liave_Ekeli/Cloak%20and%20Dagger%20-%20The%20Cast%20List/CliveOwen-FloydLawtonakaDeadshot.jpg
Floyd Lawton is a coldblooded killer, but I think he can also be charming and polite if he needs to - kind of a James Bond without the loyalty.
