Author has written 5 stories for Twilight, and King Arthur.

Hello to all

It seems you found your way to my bio page (sorry, it's really rather boring), but since I have started posting a couple of stories, I thought I would update it.

I am a 30 year old with a husband and 2 little kids and one on the way (doesn't make for a lot of time to write -- or read, but I manage). Oh, I am a woman from the USA, but that you knew already by the little indicative flag above.

My husband is at a complete lack of understanding at what I do at the computer most nights (he hates to read. I don't think he has cracked a book in all the time we have been married update got him to read the Twilight Series -- and he LIKED it, so ladies, it's not impossible!) but that is okay, because I simply cannot fathom his love affair with video games when there are so many other and more interesting things to read or write. Needless to say, we work well together!

I love to cook and experiment with food (ask my family), and I love to watch movies (oh, Capt. Jack), but I have a VORACIOUS appetite for reading. (Seriously, that's how I found this site. I'm addicted and have been since I can remember. It helps me get my fix, without spending more money on books. :o))

My first book love was Charlotte's Web. I still cry when Charlotte dies (hey, who doesn't?).

Some of my "newer" favorites are:

The Sevenwaters Trilogy by Juliet Marillier,

Wuthering Heights by Bronte,

Susan Kay's Phantom,

the Harry Potter series,

Les Miserables by Hugo,

anything Jane Austen,

The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings,

The Twilight series (got my mom addicted -- who in turn got my brother addicted),

the Mercy Thompson stories by Patricia Briggs,

and any other worthwhile reading material that I can get my hands on.

My favorites by far, though, are fantasy and historical fiction with plenty of magic -- real life is serious enough without having to read about it in books.

As I feel I have no real aptitude for writing (though I try!), I LOVE reading the stories that people write for this site.

I am in awe of all of you! Keep up your great and entertaining work!
