Author has written 4 stories for Fullmetal Alchemist, Inuyasha, and Gravitation.

One year's tuition at a private college: $30,000
One year's worth of books: $400
The eventual cost of feeding my unhealthy addiction to anime: who knows?
Being a Fanfiction.net author: priceless.

Hello and welcome to my profile page. I'm Infinity-Nevermore, formerly MistressofHeaven. I'm 20 and I love anime. Unfortunately, I'm a college student so I have no money. When I eventually do get a steady job, I will start buying anime to my heart's content. For now I will just have to depend on Adult Swim on Cartoon Network (why oh God why?). And all the lovely writers here who have some beautifully warped senses of humor.

Update: I'm now on MediaMiner (stupid admins taking off the better Doesn't Even Matter). Look me up!
How I got started:
My friend Jamie-chan found a seriously twisted story under the Anime: Gravitation listing called Tohma's Breakfast. After telling all of her friends, including me (make it stop!), she and my other friend Ony-chan suggested someone write a response story. Since Jamie was the one with an author account, it was generally decided that she'd write the story. But she said that she didn't have the balls to do it, and she was kinda busy working on her own story.
Anyway, since Ony had already given her ideas for the story, it seemed like a waste of a perfectly good story (normally Ony can't think well, with or without vodka, so we treasure anything coherent coming out of her mouth), so I said that if Jamie e-mailed me the ideas, I'd write the story between term papers. She did, and that's how I'm here.

Update: Now I have a joint account with the elusive Jamie-chan! Check it out!

My favorite anime (in alphabetical order): Bleach, Blue Gender, Cardcaptors (Card Captor Sakura), Case Closed (Detective Conan), Code Lyoko, Cowboy Bebop, Descendants of Darkness (Yami no Matsuei), Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Duel Masters, Eureka Seven, FLCL (you pick the spelling), Fruits Basket, Full Metal Alchemist, Fushigi Yuugi, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Gravitation (of course!), Gundam 0089, Gundam 08th MS Team, Gundam SEED, Gundam Wing, Hellsing, Inuyasha, Neon Genesis Evangelion, One Piece, Outlaw Star, Paranoia Agent, Rave Master (Groove Adventure Rave), Ronin Warriors, Rurouni Kenshin, Sailor Moon, Samurai Champloo, s-CRY-ed, Tenchi Muyo, Tenchi Universe, Trigun, Weiss Kreuz, Witch Hunter Robin, Yu Yu Hakusho...and more forthcoming!
I guess this is as good a place as any to put down what I do and do not like in stories. Since the list of stuff I don't like is much shorter and easier to understand, I'll write that one out. I do NOT like:

-gratuitous use of curse words: (you know the characters do and will not curse that much, in-story or in AU) I know some characters in some animes do some cursing, i.e. Ed (Full Metal Alchemist), Spike (Cowboy Bebop), Yusuke (Yu Yu Hakusho), Inuyasha (same), but even they can put a lid on it.

-same old, same old plot: (no offense, Gravitation writers, but that's why I rarely read fanfics centered on the Eiri/Shuichi relationship) We want fresh plot! Try something new! "Nothing ventured, nothing gained."

-PWP: (I actually hate this with a passion, but since it's under this list saying that was somewhat redundant) People who just want to read/write random porn can go to another site (like AFF) and do so. That's why NC-17 fics were banned from the site.

-crack pairings without justification: (this goes hand in hand with last point) I, personally, am a huge fan of crack pairings, as long as they can be justified. Unjustified crack pairings teeter on the edge of PWP, and we all know what I said about that.

-mpregs: (All I can say is, What the hell?) I don't know who came up with mpregs, but whoever did needs to be shot. If they survive, they need to be shot again. In case you didn't know, men don't become pregnant or give birth. They aren't built for it--and I won't go into details in case some kid's reading this--because you know what I mean. And as a female, who is capable of doing these things, I'm insulted that such an important ability is given to a male by some crackheaded author. If your characters must have children and they're both male, there's something called adoption. Believe it or not, it works. True that there's nothing like childbirth, but can we at least have some respect for the laws of biology please?

-summaries that don't warn impending instances of aforementioned things: (if I am guilty of this, please let me know, either in a review or an e-mail) I generally like to be warned before I see any of this so I can steer clear and therefore keep down my blood pressure. Those who don't do this are evil.

-summaries that don't warn of spoilers or give spoilers: (thanks a million for ruining the plot for me! Jerks.) I don't see why people must tell everyone else what happens in a series. For those who like spoilers, fine; just keep them in the story where I can't see them! Now my viewing is spoiled for...let's see, Full Metal Alchemist, Inuyasha, Ghost in the Shell, s-CRY-ed, Yu Yu Hakusho, probably Zatch Bell, and I'm sure more are coming! At least I finished some of these before I discovered this site. (I still love most of you guys though.)

R.I.P. Yuki’s Breakfast

Update: Yuki's Breakfast has been officially rewritten. I think the admins would still have a problem with it, however, so anyone who wants the story again can PM me.

Pairings I like to read:

Fruits Basket:
Let's face it: There's not too much choice (unless you're into shounen-ai, which I am into, but not with most of these guys) but:
Shigure/Mii-chan (they'd definitely be together if she weren't his editor and/or he didn't drive her up a wall every time they saw each other)
Kyo/Arisa: Uo-chan for anyone who's confused (their personalities just mesh in my eyes; those two just...click)
Hatori/Shigure (I got the idea from Axiomatic, the official Hatori and Shigure fanlisting, I swear! It never would've crossed my mind otherwise...discreetly crosses fingers)

Full Metal Alchemist:
Roy/Riza (as soon as the apparent stalemate's over, they're gonna be all over each other, I just know it)
Riza/Jean (if Roy ever died, she'd run to him)
Roy/Maes (this is the first shounen-ai pairing I ever read; I enjoyed it and soon it was like a bad habit. Damn FMA writers!)

Gravitation:
with this anime, anything goes as far as I'm concerned (crack pairings, anyone?) but I especially like:
Tatsuha/Hiro (don't ask; I can't explain it)
Sakano/K (I know they're complete opposites, but opposites attract, and those who write for this pairing are either really good or funny as hell)
Note: If you dare, read The Rose Line: psycho Tohma, a pact with the king of demons, a heroic, if reluctant, Shuichi, and plot twists galore. It freaking pwns.

Hellsing:
Alucard/Integra (he already said she turns him on, and he's closer to her than any human, although he's a vampire and Hellsing fights them...)

Inuyasha:
Miroku/Sango (Inuyasha/Kagome can be thrown in on the side, but I just can't read the crackheaded stories with them as the main ones)
Sesshoumaru/Kagura (no offense, Sess/Rin fans, but I think they have more of a caretaker/ward relationship; and Kagura's one of the few that can handle him)

One Piece:
Zoro/Nami (I can totally see those two together)
Zoro/Sanji (yep, shounen-ai again; they just have a dynamic that screams sexual tension)

s-CRY-ed:
Kazuma/Kimishima (sorry Kazuma/Kanami lovers, but she just looks illegal; besides, I'm getting this thing for best friends: see above pairings)

Yu Yu Hakusho:
Botan/Koenma (I've been a fan since I saw Teen Koenma)
Kuwabara/most people (he's the only character I can ever read with an OC, and he's so sweet)

Note: All other anime I'm too scared to read or I only dabble in because I want to be able to think of the anime in good terms ten years from now, or I can't remember the anime too well and I don't like reading about stuff I can't remember (most of the time).

UPDATE: Currently on hiatus!

Currently in the works:

Cry and Scream: (Inuyasha) Oneshot. AU. Kagura sings her last song, but it's not about freedom. Rather, it's about the one person she wouldn't mind losing her freedom to. Songfic.
Status: It started out as a Cowboy Bebop one, but it's becoming a Kagura introspect. My muse, Hikari, is very strange.

The Sins of the Brother: (Full Metal Alchemist) "We were, for all intents and purposes, brothers. Of anyone, I couldn't let his coffin rest on my conscience." Roy looks back on his relationship with the brother he never had, but always knew was there.
Status: Three chapters complete, starting chapter four soon. Currently stuck.

When She Wants Him Back: (Gravitation) Sakano has a heart attack. But wait...who's that at his bedside? He has a first name? What do you mean, he's not coming back? Status: Hit a roadblock. Can't get out of the rut currently, so it's on hold.

Ghost in the Shell: (Full Metal Alchemist) Oneshot. He hurts just as much as the man she's dragging out of the bar. He just knows how to hide it better.
Status: Found my disk, and my story. Now I have to finish.

The Strength to Face My Fears: (Inuyasha) Based on episode 100, "The Truth Behind the Nightmare: Battle in the Forest of Sorrow." Kagome, Sango, Miroku and Shippo are trapped in their worst nightmares, but are fortuantely saved from them. "Thank you Inuyasha, for the strength to face my fears."
Status: Finishing finals before I look for that one.

For the Same Thing: (Cowboy Bebop) Oneshot or twoshot. After a year, Faye's back on Earth, reminiscing about the man who only drove her further away from everyone. Based on a song, but I don't know if I'm making it a songfic. Spoilers.
Status: Don't know when I'm starting this.

Where the Stars Fall: (Inuyasha) There is a place between this realm and the afterlife, where those that have died with "unfinished business" with others can wait for that person to arrive. Enter Kagura, the most troublesome person we've ever had. Spoilers, maybe. Probably.
Status: Don't know how long it will be. Figuring that out first, before I start writing.

(currently untitled): (Gravitation) Oneshot. Ten years after the incident, Tohma returns to the grave of the man who radically changed all of their lives. One rose for each life he destroyed. All dead.
Status: Almost done. Just need to do some final editing.
