I looooove to read! Reading makes me smarter some how, I don't know why. My hobbies include playing soccer and softball, reading, watching anime, playing an instrument, or going on the computer. Since I love to read, I have a favorite author. He is Edgar Allen Poe. He's work is dark, depressing, and sad. It really does touch me and way Poe writes him poems and stories. This is one of his poems that is about his lost love and how he thought she was taken away from him. It is really sad:
Annabel Lee
It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of ANNABEL LEE;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.
I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea;
But we loved with a love that was more than love-
I and my Annabel Lee;
With a love that the winged seraphs of heaven
Coveted her and me.
And this was the reason that, long ago,
In this kingdom by the sea,
A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling
My beautiful Annabel Lee;
So that her highborn kinsman came
And bore her away from me,
To shut her up in a sepulchre
In this kingdom by the sea.
The angels, not half so happy in heaven,

My other favorite writer is William Shakespeare. I'm sure a lot of people heard of him. His poems and plays about love, also touch me deepy. One of my favorite poems is about how he was envying other men and what they have, then he thinks about his loverso to speak, and wouldn't trade anything for her love, here it is:
