Well, it took long enough, but I've finally come up with a new penname. I used to be ascii27 -- how boring. Somebody once suggested GoogleGirl since I do so much research for my stories. But I've come up with GimmeABeat. It comes from HSM2. In the scene where Ryan has uncharacteristically defied Sharpay and he's walked out on her, leaving her standing in the rehearsal room. After he’s walked out on her, Sharpay pouted into a mirror, primped her hair, executeed a precise turn on her high heels, turned to the drummer in the corner of the room, and said, “Gimme a beat.” The drummer dropped his book and struck up a kickin’ beat, and Sharpay strutted out. It was "oh so, Sharpay".
