Moonlight cascades through the window

Curtains of vine, rustling in the nonexistant breeze

Shadows skitter over walls

Taunting moonlight

Teasing it with wispy tendrils of reaching darkness

Melted silver stars

Celestial lights

Glimmering in the eyes of the shadowed feline

Starshine flooding her every thought

She flies through the night

Soaring through the stars on shattered wings
