I'm a teenage-guy with a LOT on my plate, so if you're currently reading one of my stories that has found its way to limbo, never fear; once I have time (and motivation), the rest will flow.
NEWS: "Nature's Fury" has several adjustments.
1.) New titles.
1: Everything Burns
2-4: Divine Wrath Parts 1, 2, and 3
5: A Royal Pain
6: Bitter Defeat
7: Meet & Deceit
8-10: Remember the Titans Parts 1, 2, and 3
11: Emotions are Overrated
12; The Severed and New Links
13: The End of the Thunderstorm
2.) Chapter content. Several chapters have been edited with more focus on the characters and whatnot. Several chapters that should be re-read for clarification:
Chapter 1: Everything Burns. This chapter can also be used for a reference to the many, many Chrominites.
Chapter 2: Divine Wrath Part One. The time period of SPD changes, as well as Bridge and Skys' colors.
Chapter 7: Meet & Deceit. More focus on the rangers adjusting without the sisters.
Chapter 8: Remember the Titans Part One. Further explanation about the Evil Rangers. Changing of Zords and names. Beginning of old Ch. 9 at the end.
Chapter 9: Remember the Titans Part Two. Longer zord battle. More depth on the zord names.
Chapter 10: Remember the Titans Part Three. Deeper explanation of the Chrominites and Cronus. Longer fight with the Orange Ranger.
Chapter 11: Emotions are Overrated. Different scenario with Hades and Natasha. More thoughts from Natasha.
Chapter 12: The Severed and New Links. Focus on Bridge. Focus on Natasha. Focus on the new Powers.
3.) Artwork. Ranger designs and banners can be found on my gallery link above. Chrominite sketches along with Zords should be up within the next few weeks.
(End News)
I am working on a series of Dustin/Hunter stories, the first of which is titled "Lithium." "Lithium" follows Dustin through his depression after losing his mom in a tragic accident. The only way he can at first overcome this seemingly insurmountable problem is to take a prescription known as Lithium Carbonate (LiCO3), which is used to treat bi-polar disorder/manic depression, borderline split-personality, or extreme depression. However, Hunter returns to Blue Bay after months to find his broken secret boyfriend.
The titles of each chapter of "Lithium" are named after certain Evanescence songs; "Lithium" and "Like You," both from The Open Door album, "Solitude" from a previously unreleased CD, "Imaginary," from Fallen, and "Good Enough," from The Open Door. Each song somewhat describes the chapter content, so you be the judge of its accuracy. It is now finished.
Furthermore, there is a video trailer for "Lithium" to the tune by Evanescence. You can find it here on YouTube.
The prequel to "Lithium," "Honestly," is now up! All the secrets and unknown in "Lithium" are solved here. Summer has come to a close and the new Ninja Academy semester is about to begin, but secretive Hunter has more to worry about than that while he tries to balance an under-cover relationship with Tori and "meaningless" hookups with his best friend Dustin. However, as September reaches its midpoint and separation looms in the air, Hunter is forced to make a decision that could most definitely change his life. Each chapter is titled after one of my favorite songs. The story itself is named for the song "Honestly," by Cartel from the album Chroma, while chapter 2, "Whispers in the Dark," comes from a band called Skillet off their Comatose record. Chapter 3, "Wake Me Up When September Ends" is a well-known song from Green Day's American Idiot album, whereas chapter 4, titled "Save Tonight," is a song by Eagle Eye Cherry who made a huge hit off this song from their 3rd album Desireless. Lastly, Chapter 5 is named after one of my all-time favorite songs, "Thunder," by Boys Like Girls. Boys Like Girls is not one of most well known bands, but their self-titled debut album is slowly climbing the charts courtesy of songs like "Hero/Heroine" and "The Great Escape." Anyway, like its sequel, "Honestly" is composed of chapters named after songs that influence the chapter. I highly advise getting some of this music to get the real feel of each story.
Oh, and, one more thing; the video for "Honestly" is also up on YouTube. Check it out!
"Eternally Yellow," and "Cyber Squad," will be finished in time. "Cyber Squad," however, is in the process of being totally rewritten. "Eternally Yellow" is just taking a backseat for the moment. So, please, bare with me, I promise it'll be worth it.
