GENERAL UPDATES:

Back in the UK at last but progress for 'A Reason to Live' is slow, tried to write Chapter Four about six times or so now but the block is persistant despite me knowing exactly where I want to go with the story. -Sulks-

ARtL is NOT dead and it is still being worked on, I hope you will be patient and continue to give your support.

Also, no one has answered the question I left at the end of chapter 3 of ARtL about the FMA reference, if you hurry I might still have time to write the omake of your choice for the next publish date (whenever that will be) so please review your answer in, that way everyone can see what's already been guessed.

An internet and fanfiction addict who really does suffer both cravings and withdrawls. A Gemini who doesn't like crowds but is a good public speaker. A procrastinator who hates deadlines but sets herself them anyway (may have to add 'masochist' to the list). A dyslexic writer that jumps on spelling mistakes when she does spot them. Above all I am a tenacious dreamer and an agraphobic escapist.

Lost the notebook detailing everything and looking back it wasn't that great to start with. It's a shame to abandon a story that barely started but A Reason to Live has a much better plot and premise and it's where all my YYH/HP bunnies have congregated. Still clinging on for archive reasons though I admit I haven't looked at it for years.

Updates:

Got 1500 words for chapter 4 (currently nameless) and a plan of where I'm going with it, a lot of focus is going to be on Hiei and Kurama and moving away from Botan for a bit (I'm sure the yaoi fanatics will be very pleased, I hope I didn't agravate your allergies by having a 3rd person POV on a girl for so long). The next update may be a while, Summer travels have interupted my groove, see 'general updates' above for more details.

In the Works:

I've got a lot of stories I'm working on but as the poll I posted earlier was a landslide win for 'L', my HP//FF7 crossover, I'm taking both the poll and the story descriptions down for now since they make my profile run on too much. 'L' will be posted when I have a decent number of chapters written up. At least 5000 words per chapter, 5 to 10 chapters or there abouts. I have no idea how long that's going to take but at least I can prioritise now. ((Shoves uni work under the bed))

Harry Potter // Final Fantasy VII:

New!Summary: ...is for all the things we Lost. Harry always had a saving people thing, even when he lacked the ability to save himself and Sephiroth always needed saved, even when he didn't know how to ask.

Notes: This story spans three arks (though I could easily make it five), the first one is Harry and Sephiroth growing up together. The entire story can be seen as anything from friendship to pre-slash.

Warnings: Hojo being evil, violence, experimentation on children, pre-slash/shonen-ai and eventual yaoi or slash (if it's not the main 'pairing' it will be someone else- maybe third ark though).

Recent work: STILL revising the 7500 word first chapter and prologue but it's almost there. Have a total of 4300 rough draft for the second chapter and lots of segments peppered about for later on as well as a million pages of rambling notes on everything from the effects of mako to who luffs who.

The latest bunnies to attack me unawares are of the Final Fantasy VII/Yu Yu Hakusho (Nature's Child) and Harry Potter/Chobits (Mechanical Rebirth) variety. I've even started having ideas for a straight up Naruto fic and the fact I'm not crossing it over scares me. ;_;
