09.08.11 (Important note here!)

So, for the month of August 2011, I've decided to go on a mini-hiatus and try and write a few review/lifestyle based articles which I hope will aid in the whole trying to kickstart my publishing career. So yeah, I apologise, but I will not be updating any of my fanfiction until possibly towards the end of August or start of September.

My writing style: Down to Earth a majority of the time I would say. Rather odd, because when I first started out writing my stories were more light hearted and far from being serious. Well yes, I try to put as much detail as I can into my works, though I am beginning to realise that sometimes too much detail can be rather dull. I love using imagery (Blaming English and Film Studies), which I am sure you have seen if you have read any of my stories. I try to tackle many realistic life issues in my stories, such as drug or family related problems. I write too much angst which is rather depressing, so I'm trying to add more fluff into my recent stories to balance out the negativity. I think I am comfortable with my current style, though I do like experimenting with different narrative view points ;)

My ambition: To become a well etablished author (possibly writing books for teenagers/young adults). At the moment I am seriously looking into becoming an Editor, whether it be for a book or magazine publishing company, or for a TV or Film Studio focusing on Screenwriting. I'm trying to keep my options open and am looking for all sorts of opportunities at the moment, and I'm determied to get where I want in the media world!

~Started writing this around the same time as NiF, but in later chapters in became difficult to write due to most my creativity being fed into NiF (and then it's sequel), so may feel a little rushed nearing the end.
