Author has written 14 stories for West Wing, and CSI. At its heart, a romance distinguishes itself from other forms of fiction because the romantic relationship is the focus of everything that happens--it's the driving force behind the story, the one thread that makes the entire tapestry fall apart if it's removed. ~ Leslie Wainger ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ All of my stories fit the romance genre, therefore are told from the main couple's POV, either Grissom and/or Sara of CSI (my all time favorite TV couple), or Josh and Donna of The West Wing. Secondary characters exist in my stories only if their role impacts the romance or helps move the story forward. I'm also known in the CSI fandom as Danie or LSI. Vplasgirl is a moniker I created years ago because its originality made it practical. I can register just about anywhere or to any group on the Internet without having to add four numbers to my name. For those who wonder (and sometimes ask), 'Vplas' is an abbreviation I came up with for the Jaguar Vanden Plas, my gift to myself on my 40th birthday. Danie (also Dan) is what most of my friends and family call me, and LSI is a moniker I created especially for the CSI fandom, which is the acronym for Love Scene Investigator. I always wonder why and how people choose their on-line name/identity, so now you've got mine. And finally, I have several more CSI stories at my homepage. Some a tad too sexy for this archive, one in particular which is now only available in Acrobat (pdf) format because of repeated plagiarism attempts (absolutely hate that), and some I just didn't bother posting here.
