!Future and Current Fics/News!

Here's a little space I've decided to make in my profile where i list future fanfictions that i'm going to write/post and list my progress on things I'm writing. (Disclaimer --- And also, I've come up with these plotlines/fic ideas/titles on my own. If it resembles a fanfiction you've read or written, that is purely coincidence.)

Current Fanfictions
1. Insomnia
Summary: Ron has a crush on Harry, who's spending the summer at the burrow. Ron can't fall asleep one night and wakes him up for insomniatic company. Silliness, late-night conversation, and embarrasing little voices in the back of Ron's head ensues.
Progress: This is my first Harry/Ron slash fic and also my first multi-chaptered one too. Chapter 2 is now up and open for business...erm, reviews I mean. If you want to leave one, that is. (PLEASE! I'm starving for 'em!)

2. Spiders
Summary: It's the summer before 7th year and Ron and Harry are out in the Burrow's garden just lying in the shade of a tree and talking. Ron freaks out when he sees a spider, but Harry just ends up making the situation worse by enlarging the spider as a joke. Ron runs and ends up jumping into Harry's arms. It gets terribly awkward, especially when they find themselves leaning in for a kiss.
Progress: It's a oneshot (and will stay that way) so it's complete and posted. Here's the old version: Spiders v1

Future Fanfictions
1. Hell on Ice
Summary: The year is 2003 and it's been a year and 2 months since Draco and Harry broke up, ending a 5 year realtionship. One cold December night brings these two ex-lovers face to face again in a restaurant. But their encounter is mighty unsual seeing as they find themselves trapped together in the restaurant's freezer. Follow the story of these two conflicted people as they bump heads, reveal secrets, and eventually make up...This fanfiction is: a spin-off from the similar episode of "Kenan and Kel", a multi-chaptered fic, is mainly Romance/Drama/Angst, and it's rated T but might be changed to M later on. Premier of Hell on Ice: So I said I wouldn't be posting this one anymore because I gave up on it but I've recently picked it back up again and there's some hope for it. I don't know when I'll get the first chap up but I'll try.

2. Harry Potter and the Extremely Weird Dream (possible title)
Summary: It's 7th year at Hogwarts and the boys are staying up late one night. Harry, Ron, Seamus, Neville, and Dean are up doing the whole "guy talk" thing and trading wizard snacks back and forth. Just having fun and relaxing. Well they go to bed eventually and they're all slumbering peacefully. Harry, however is having very crazy dreams, where everything you can possibly think of and not is going on. Visions of Ron in a dress doing the tango and the random and bizzare hexing of students and teachers alike is featured! Complete and utter craziness ensues! And don't even forget how awkward Harry'll feel after waking up and looking every one in the eye. This fic is: a one shot Humor fic, will be rated T, and may have slash. Not sure yet. Premier of HPatEWD: I'm still rolling this one around in my head and contemplating what to do with it. I'll make an effort at it I suppose.

So I've decided to make a point of responding to everyone who sends me a review for one of my stories, using that nifty little reply button by their names. I know this sounds sort of strange or even corny but I want to have some sort of connection with the reader/reviewer. I'm not just this typing robot who churns out a few fics every now and then and is incapable of appreciation and emotion. You know, I want to let them know I appreciate them reading it, leaving a review, giving me a compliment, or even a critique. Sometimes if I'm in a super great mood I'll send a review or two your way. So yeah, you'll be hearing from me if you review one of my stories or whatever in the future. : ) (June 27, 2007)

(Don't worry, no spoilers here.)
Oh my God! I finished the seventh book yesterday (bought it Sunday), and all I can say is OH. MY. GOD...best book in the entire series. I swear, I cried, laughed, smiled, and cursed throughout that whole book. I'm going to miss the series so much. The only thing I wasn't too fond of though was the epilogue. It was just a bit too...clean. It reminded me of a really family-safe, fluffy, sitcom-like fic or something. I don't know, maybe it's just me. But whatever, DH was still the best. In time, I'll probably read it again along with the rest of the series. (July 26, 2007)
