It's a convention for me to take my friends and use them as the models for plucky bit characters doomed to particularly vicious and usually gratuitous demises. It's at the stage where there's usually a bidding war with my being offered ridiculous bribes (which for some reason never materialize after the fact!) for the juiciest deaths, taken from a very long file of methods I've accumulated over the years.
