{By request}

Eve (Xiaolin Showdown): The full story behind Damien's tale. Just who was his mother, really? Why her? [Chase Young]

Fair warning: Most of these fics are going to be rated M because of violent themes and other mature content (though those bits are rare) Read on, if you wish, but I've warned you.

My Story styles:

"Full-Length Stories"-These are stories with relatively traditional chapters (Around 2,600-5,600 words) with several breaks within them. These stories usually wind up becoming around 22-56 chapters long depending on the plot. There are usually about two-six other subplots surrounding the main plot. This leaves room for major character development. (An example of an "FL" would be Her Eyes)

"Short Stories"-They have longer chapters with few breaks within them. (Around 5,800-10,000 words with a few acceptios). There are only a few chapters because a huge chunck of plot is placed within each chapter to keep the story going only on the main points of the plot. There are few to no subplots, making the story shorter. However, "short stories" tend to give my readers more bang for their buck because the chapters are so long and they are thick in plot, despite the shorter ammount of chapters. They are usually five-ten chapters long depending on the characters and plot. (An example of an "SS" would be Against All Odds)

Things I have planned for the next year and a half:

I am writing a trilogy. It is based off of an old fic I wrote for Xiaolin Showdown that was called "Because of You." As you can imagine, I wrote it when I was around fourteen/ fifteen years old and I had written it terribly. I re-discovered it back in 2010 and decided that I did not give ANY of the characters justice so I re-wrote it into "Her Eyes." However, Her Eyes is actually the second story of the trilogy. The first story is "Against All Odds." I admit that it was stupid of me to begin writing it after I began writing Her Eyes, but C'est la vie. As it is a trilogy I am working on, I will also be writing a third (Which won't be written until I completely finish the first two) that I am planning on calling "Edge of Forever," although the title might be subject to change.

I have other stories that I am planning on writing after the trilogy which will be written for series such as Abarat, Doctor Who, and, honestly, becasue my brain refuses to let anything go, about seven more Xiaolin Showdown fics. (Half of which are a secret for now, so they aren't up on my profile yet)

But, I'm afraid those other fics might have to wait until my trilogy is over. You see, I take all of my writing seriously (even if I tend to misspell words from time to time). I use my writing as an outlet and as a vacation from my studies and the stress of the outside world in general. Every single character is special to me, but I give them enough breathing room to be their own "people" I guess you could say. I also try to stick to the origional personaleties of the canon characters as much as possible (though I sometimes am unable to help myself and my own biases get in the way). Enough about that, then. I hope you all enjoy my fics as much as I enjoy writing them!

Thanks for reading!
