Author has written 35 stories for Superman. Hey I'm repmetsyrrah. Feel free to read my stories and review or PM me anytime, I love getting feedback and talking about my stories (sometimes I may let a spoiler or two slip as well! :P). I'm utterly in love with Superman but it's not impossible to imagine that I may post in other fandoms as well... Now, a few facts about me in handy bullet point form!! -I'm a nineteen year old girl from NZ whose current obsession is all things Superman. -I'm going to University to eventually become a journalist. -I LOVE to travel- I’ve been to 20 different countries and counting. My avatar is from when I was stranded in Amman on my way from Jerusalem to Cairo. -I love writing and I can't ever remember not being able to read (I DO remember being confused on my first day of school when I found out we were learning to read- I thought it was natural) -I never stop thinking about writing or the book I'm currently reading -I have an account at FictionPress under the same name. -I'm now on LiveJournal too stop over and say Hi --Graphics-- I've had some awesome friends on LJ make some epic graphics, manips and drawings of my 'verses. Revelations Poison Series Guide Someone mentioned they might need help keeping the names of my super-kids straight in Revelations and I realized that I have quite a few different versions of the Kents- so far I have four different Universes I write in... so I'm putting a little series guide here for people who may get confused. Anyway, below are descriptions of the general 'verse, the family (all the children are listed from oldest to youngest) and links to all the stories within that universe listed in chronological order: Poison Stories: The Family: Kids: Jonny, Nathan and Toby are triplets. Revelations Stories: The Family: Kids: Lucy and Ella are twins. Quint-verse Stories: The Family: Kids: Alana, Jacob, Isaac, Megan and Haley are quintuplets. Alana and Megan are identical. Outsiders Stories: The Kent family doesn't feature much at all in this series however, just to keep it simple here are the characters that do (so far)- all are original characters of my making, don't use without my permission: Ryan Sandler- Ryan minored in journalism but he never really had a passion for it like he has for computers- currently he works as a computer technician for the Daily Planet, he also manages the website. He likes Superman well enough but can't understand the world's constant obsession with the hero- he is also the only person to have seen Lex Luthor's video of the events on New Krypton. Ryan is currently dating Gemma Out. Gemma Out- Gemma is currently the only woman working in the sports section of the Daily Planet, she lives and breathes sport and competition but still wishes she had more girl-friends. She admires Superman a lot but feels sorry for him because he can't have a normal life. Gemma is currently dating Ryan Sandler. Philip Hills (Phil)- Phil is 'the new guy' in IT, he's young and eagar and a constant annoyance to his boss, Ryan. Phil idolises Superman and gets along well with Jimmy Olsen because of it. Stories I'm currently working on (As of Feb '10 I have about three weeks off so extra oneshots for all!!): Revelations- Superman movieverse- Yup, it's here! Summary: Set twenty years after Superman Returns Lois and Clark are happily married. But their lives are turned upside down when Clark is forced to reveal himself as Superman to the world. The main body of the story focuses on the aftermath and how it affects and changes everyone involved. A Special Place- Poison-verse- "It is admirable for a man to take his son fishing, but there is a special place in heaven for the father who takes his daughter shopping." -- John Sinor. Clark/Skye bonding fic. The first version wasn't what I wanted but I'm re-writing it- no longer Christmas themed. Never Play Pictionary With Twins- Revelations-verse- Sunday night is always family dinner night in the Kent house. This time Lucy gets to pick the after-dinner game but the rest of the family have their own things to think about and can't concentrate. Set the night before the first chapter of Revelations. Don't Look In The Closet- Request for LadyKryptonite294 who asked for a Christmas themed Revelations oneshot. After a hard few months the last thing the Kent kids want to do is try and force some Christmas cheer. It's up to Lois and Clark to help them change their minds. Five Turn Five- The quintuplets are once again the centre of attention as they celebrate their fifth birthday but they've got a surprise for their big brother this time. Upcoming stories: Three Years Later- Sequel to Revelations, picks up three years after the public learnt Clark Kent and Superman were one in the same. The Kents have all dealt in different ways with the Reveal and their sudden fame but a new enemy is about to turn their lives upside down- again. The Outsiders Series- This is being done for a challenge table at the Dcu_freeforall. It's a little rough right now but basically its series of oneshots that a look at the Superman 'verse through the eyes of the normal people. They're all capable of standing alone but see above for the correct order. Genetic Warfare- Superman movieverse-Set two weeks after Poison. The man who released the virus has yet to be found and things only get more dangerous as Richard is wounded and Chloe kidnapped. Legacy- Set about eleven years after Poison. Kinda my take on the super-kids lives as they try not to make the same mistakes their parents did. Extinction- Set five years post-Legacy, Kryptonians may not be the only aliens on Earth for long, and soon they may not even be on Earth at all as new arrivals try to wipe out their ancient enimies once and for all. Story that currently has no category: The Chase- 7-year-old Anastasia is a Russian street girl who only thinks as far as her next meal. However, when Superman stops a piece of New Krypton on a collision course with Earth he'll need Ana's help to get his powers back. And to make matters worse an uber-mafia gang are determined to stop them. I kind of abandoned this because I thought it was crap but recently a few more reviews have come in and I'm starting to think I might continue it. Just saying I haven't forgotten about it. If I do make a definite decision either way (to abandon or continue) I'll tell you guys. | |||||||
