General:
Well, school's out. The kiddos and I are getting ready to set off for the east coast on a whirlwind tour of visiting friends and family for about six weeks. I hope to find time for writing though - but updates may be a little on the slower side.
On a related note, my muse seems to think that I need to concentrate on the third story of my Airwolf arc - nevermind the fact that the rewrite of the first story isn't complete nor is the second story even close to being complete. It's a universal WTF moment at times, but the urge to write in this 3 story is so strong, that well, I follow my muse where she leads.
I just got my hot little hands on the Galaxy Rangers DVD release volume1. I'm going to be watching it on my trip since you can't take Tivo with you and summer season can be a little slow for TV anyway - unless you like USA programming - um Burn Notice anyone? Hopefully, the DVD will inspire some thoughts in that fandom as well.
Well have a safe summer break, and I'll catch you during the rays and the waves.

Re-Write of my very first fan fiction. Written when I was 16. Total re-write and change of plotline to make for events of today and my more mature version since I'm more than twice the age I was when I first wrote it. This is my way of merging Season 4 with the Original Series. Introduces Rachelle Hawke. I could use a beta - if anyone is interested.
Two chapters at once - 6 & 7 up. Couldn't help it. Originally it was just one, but that would have been a really long chapter. These chapters don't really move the story along very quickly but give some necessary background on the character of Rachelle - and her history. The next few chapters will be a bit more action oriented and move things along to a conclusion. Still, not sure how many chapters are left in this story. I guess, I'm a little long winded - or I just have a lot to say :)

I had some difficulty with the last chapter, Aftermath, still not 100 percent thrilled with it. This may be why I am considering revisiting this and adding an epilogue in the future. Or, it may spin off into an entirely different fic in the future. I'll be concentrating on a different fandom for awhile and let it simmer.
Oh and for those of you who may be wondering, I'm a closet Lion-O/Cheetara shipper, just read between the lines.
