Hello everyone this is Aleigh Walker
I finally got around to putting up a bio! Procrastination is one of my worst flaws, if you follow any of my stories you already know that.
Anyway, a few facts about me…
I’m 25, female
I am currently taking a break off form college and live mostly on my own with an assortment of critters… (Cat’s, dog, fish, and a currently missing half-wolf.) We all live in Texas. (Yes, I ride horses; no, not to school) grins
Oh, and if people up north wonder why Texan’s look at you strangely when you talk about sauna’s, I can explain. We spend up to three quarters of the year trying to avoid the heat and humidity. We find it difficult to imagine someone purposefully trying to recreate it! If you think that is funny, you should see us FREAK when we get three inches of snow. That’s what we call a MAJOR winter. (lol)
Anyway, I love to write and read all kinds of fan fiction. I love to read the unusual parings because it generally forces the author to be more creative than normal. This in turn forces the limits of innovation, which is always a good thing for the reader.
The one thing i don't read is slash. It just makes me sad. I mean, not only are they out of the running... they are competition!
I read fan fiction from Anime, Books, Games, TV series, and Movies. I really do love FF.net. I may not always agree with their policy, but I respect them.
I am currently working on two Harry Potter fanfics, and possibly another one. I hope to actually publish a book in the future, so I am trying to get back in the habit of writing. I was a member here years ago, but life intervened and I didn’t get to do a lot of writing again until recently.
I absolutely LOVE my reviewers. You guys are the perfect reason to keep writing! Actually I appreciate everyone who takes time to read my stories. Reviews or not, I can see the hits my chapters get. Hugs, thank you sooooo much!
Anyway, I am here mainly to improve my writing, so if you see something that could be improved, let me know!
example:
Story pacing, too fast too slow.
Unnecessary paragraph (chapter) maybe it was interesting, but took away from the story as a whole.
Spelling, grammar, punctuation. (I KNOW that there are many of these problems… spell check only can do so much. But i try so hard.)
And so on and so forth.

To everyone who has reviewed, waited, and watched for any updates THANK YOU. I am so very happy to finaly be back on the internet! In the past year and a half, i have moved twice, waved my little brother off into the Army(quickly followed by Iraq), worked sixty hour work weeks, suffered through the death of my beloved computer (Which had ALL of my notes, and storys on it.) and finaly scrimped up enough to get back on the net. Hopefully I will be able to finish several of the projects that I have left hanging for close to two years. I will be really rusty at the keyboard, so please, be easy on me.
If you sent me a line in any of that time, please for give me, but as I looked at the several thousand entries in my e-mail, I deleted every singele one of them. Anyway, I am off to round up my stray muses and see if I can get them to do anything usefull!
