Author has written 2 stories for Dallas, and X-Men: The Movie.

Welcome to my little itty bitty corner on FF.net! :)

At this time, I currently only have two stories written thus far, and one as you may note, has been on hiatus for some time. I am unsure as to whether or not I'll continue my older one (a year since my last entry is a long time!). But on the flip side, I never like leaving a story unfinished, so I may drift back into it when I have the inspiration. I'm also looking to sort of "expand" my horizons a bit and have had thoughts to broaden over into some other categories (X-Men, as you can see, is one :) ). I'd love to do a couple of one-shots sometime in the near future...that is, when the mood strikes me LOL.

In my reflections as a writer, I've learned to build a backbone over time when it comes to constructive criticism, so I welcomely receive them (though lacing in bits of the occasional niceties never hurts either!). I'm also a bit of a meticulous nitpicker and can be very analytical when it comes to my own pieces, so I don't mind straightforward openness and honesty; I do find from experience that it helps to improve my weaknesses. Likewise, I strive to extend the same courtesy to other stories that draw my interest when I submit reviews, though I may not do them too often. When I do, I take the time to analyze the overall highlights and express my opine differences; which I'll be quick to add, if a writer makes it clear that all they look for is excessive praise (i.e. "grreaaat update!"... "Pls continue!") ... then I might not come out of the woodwork. :) That being said, my main problem pertains to "flamers" who spout blatant comments out of spite (to which I just chalk up as sheer immaturity by the way) and reviewers who have some inherent need to draw comparisons of another person's work within a story - utterly tacky and rude, IMO. In all of my years as a member here, I've come across a variety of skilled writers in a number of different genres, so I would never be quick to tout a single writer as being the "ultimate one to ever grace the FF.Net board." Please! Every person is unique and has their own style and pace of learning. We all have different perceptions, to put it nicely, on what is considered a "masterpiece" and what is considered "mediocre."

Anyway, that aside, thanks for scoping out my page!
